Orcus appears to denote popularity and populism. It appears to indicate the presence of a private effort towards a cause.

My North Node appears to be Cancer in Houses 5, while my Sun in Capricorn is in House 10. I understand House 5 to govern creative efforts, and especially children. I have a life mission of being maternal towards my offspring and children in general. I gather Orcus here indicates a unique personal passion.

I'm still looking at the Vertex being at 29 degrees, but this is what I understand from Vertex being in Virgo.

Yes, I have ultra high standards. My wife met that standard. Apparently, I met my wife's standard too. At the top of the list of priorities was Christianity.

I didn't settle on some female schlub. I wanted to marry three other women in my life, and two disappointed me and one made a colossal error in judgment. I didn't marry three other women who sought marriage with me. As I write this, one other women, as I told you, apparently has the hots for me and wants me to leave my wife. I don't know her well and I now dislike her quite a bit.

No, I complain that my emotions have too low a standard. Pardon the ghetto expressions, but I pimp my emotions like some two bit wh0re. I dole out emotions faster than the federal government incurs debt. I'm not happy with it, and honestly a little ashamed. There are moments when I wished I were more of an male @$$hole and have less regard for women. Alas, that is not me. Of course, some women put me through the meat grinder, and its like a knife slicing through my heart.

I have high standards on myself in general. I often don't fully live up to my expectations, but I adjust accordingly.

My standards with regard to career achievement is even higher. Have you ever seem a college student shake up the professor for a 95 on the exam? That was me, thanks to my parents and my upbringing. 95 is 5 marks away from 100.

Anyway, I am extremely harsh with myself. This is the root cause for a lot of discontent, but while I speak about it and would readily admit it, this isn't what I'm proud about. At the end of the day, I live to achieve greater heights in whatever I do.
