I cannot help them if they have inferiority complexes about their inability to manage their own relationships.

At one month, I knew my wife better than a lot of people would know each other after being toegtehr for two years. My wife and I worked extremely hard at our relationship then, and we still do.

I am meditating on your Neptune and it's conjunctions to the 2 asteroids. You want high standards. That is true, but are they unreasonable and hurting you?

Hahaha Yes. That is absolutely true. I don't know about them being unreasonable in my eyes. Perhaps they are unreasonable in the eyes of others.

Yes, they are hurting me.

That is true in almost every aspect of my life, and I'm sure you can sense that the high standards are being exacted on my sons, although absolutely nothing like what was imposed on me when I was a child.

As for personal relationships, people disappoint me and fail me on a daily basis, especially at work, and fall short of my expectations of them. People irritate me.

It is incredibly hard to have those deep passions and emotional drives, whether conscious or unconscious, as part of me. Sometimes I do wish I were less sensitive and less caring. That would ease a lot of the pain and sorrow I experience on an almost daily basis.

Yes, the emotions are clearly part of a clandestine underworld that rarely surfaces and seldom manifests in my outer persona. Its almost like a submarine in the ocean that nobody else can detect, but which is very much part of me. I spend a lot of time alone in deep contemplation and commiseration about such matters.

I want to make sure before I embarrass myself with this answer.

You want me to put myself in the shoes of a woman and a wife. Am I correct? I can easily answer about being a man and a husband, but I take a woman and a wife in an entirely different context.

So, it is deep, repressed emotions, things it is not "polite" to feel. It is all things primal--rage, jealousy, passion, lust, etc etc--the 7th deadly sins, perhaps.

With these 2 asteroids here, I am wondering if Neptune is blocking THIS part of you i.e. that you have shoved it away.

As far as group dynamics, the outlook and objectives of groups are frequently divergent from mine. When I do find people who share common ground with me, I stick to them, and thus my own little clique in the corner.
