It's OK Jessica, it's good to use Intuition with Tarot - that's how most readings are accurate. You should practice I hate The Emperor -_-. It's one of my most difficult cards. "Will his father send him a message?"

We all have our opinions (I never stated intuition alone by the way). The "regular" meanings (in books) meaning of the cards usually do not fit for me. Intuition & Idk what else I have help me accurately predict many times. It depends on the person. Everyone sees an Empress in a draw and says, "Oh he sees you as wife material, a beautiful woman who will bare his children" when that's RARELY if ever the case, imho. Oh lol, I don't know who writes those books in the first place you know. Here's what Levi wrote about the Empress and what I adore. And Waite's book pretty much echoes it. Even though well everyone knows me as a massive golden dawn fan and whatnot, I have to say those are the only books one should read. quote:

I'm sorry, but I don't understand any of that. I go by my own experience with the combinations of cards that I have drawn from my clients. Experience, intuition, knowledge and my own view of things help me communicate with my deck. IP: Logged |

Yes, it happens to everyone, but not sure what that has to do with the thread . Empress is always the other woman in love readings. Sometimes she knows, other times she doesn't, and often times she doesn't mind being "the other" . quote:

Oh lotus, so he is The Emperor. How would you describe him as a person in general? (Trying to understand Emperor. Empress: I guess he is! In addition to how you see him, I also see The Emperor as mature and protective. Someone who controls their feelings and expresses them properly. Both you and Twirl are so cute/funny with your smiley faces LOL. Twirl: must be that Queen of Wands huh? I agree that The Emperor is about control for sure! Actually, The Emperor showed up 4 times this morning(one of those times it fell from the deck). That's a good guess, Twirl! But not quite post the other guesses .The answer part is spot on actually. It's an important card for the question. Let's just say 8 of Cups represent how things have been in the very recent past. Think "progression". What do pentacles represent besides money?
