If you think that is the type of people that only get along with Lotusheartone, then I like to know what exactly is it that you think of me?! She seems to get along with JW too, so what do you really think of him?

Are we being part of the solution or being part of the problem?

We may not agree with one another but we can share ideas or believes while respecting others.... We all hold many truths to this world... and we should be united! I think we are all adults and can bring harmony!

Your posts, in my estimation, seem to always come from left field, and I often don't get whatever point you're trying to make. Getting along with Lotus also doesn't speak well of you. As a result I don't end up paying too much attention to you.

I firmly asked her to stop following me from thread to thread preaching to me regarding her own beliefs. I told her I respected her beliefs and would like the same consideration in return. But she doesn't stop!!!!! She just ignores your wishes and goes on and on preaching. That is not "sharing" her religious views with others, silverstone. That is cramming her religious views down the throats of others. Besides all that it had absolutely nothing to do with what we were discussing on the threads.

Beyond that AG is right. She not only does not respect the beliefs of others she insults others by telling them they are not "in touch with the God source within." She seems to imply she is the only one who is.

Sorry but that is not the way you communicate God to others. It only annoys and offends others to cram your beliefs down their throats.

AG is right. The only thing to stop it is to just ignore lotus and that is why I posted this to Rainbow to let her know that any respone we give to lotus is only going to entertain her and keep it going because she does not contribute anything to the discussions on this thread except to begin arguments and start preaching to us. It's obvious that arguing and cramming her beliefs down the throats of others is her only intention.

I like you okay, silverstone, and I respect your religious beliefs though I do not agree with many of them. It's okay to disagree on things as long as you can be respectful of the beliefs of others. But at times you have done the same thing as lotus does so I can see why you get along with her and feel it is okay what she does.

I let it go at the time and did not say anything about it but on one thread you could not even wish others a Happy Easter without adding your religious view on the holy day. Why even bother to wish someone on a Christian holy day Happy Easter if you are going to say, "Happy Easter though wrong?" You might just as well have said, "Happy Easter to all you Christian morons who have it wrong about the resurrection." As if you got it right. That is not only an insulting thing to do but it is disrepectful of the beliefs of others and also a sniping way of cramming your beliefs down the throats of others. Not a nice thing to do at all. Not a spiritual thing to do either.

Frankly I can also see why lotus and Jwhop get along. They are both very judgmental people and they are both people who only want to disrupt discussions they don't agree with by personal attacks and arguing.

Okay, you asked AG what he thought and I honestly told you what I think. AG is right too when he says while lotus begins arguments and does not respect the beliefs of others she plays the victim card when told to knock it off.

Every post at GU begins with thoughts on what is going on in the world. It is not we who start the arguments. There are many here at GU who can disagree regarding Bush and world events and all that we discuss without attacking. The arguments only begin when people like lotus or Jwhop personally attack others or attempt to force their beliefs down the throats of others. It is the few who start the arguments. Most of us just give our thoughts and opinions.

However, when personally attacked, people WILL defend themselves. We are first of all human and for that reason we tend react on emotions when attacked.

Well that's OK AG, it's not too too harsh, concidering that it is coming from a person that doesn't really mean what he says or says what he means and that couldn't accept the fact of another person looking at all aspects to a point, rather then just being on one side.

You don't seem to be a guy that pays too much attention of alot of things and I know that a few members here have already pointed that out to you.

But then there's also the fact that this stellium is concentrated in the 7th House, which is ruled by Libra. Such a concentration of planets in this house would give me certain Libra traits such as being able to see all sides of an equation.

Then there's also my Gemini ascendant to consider. Noteworthy things to consider here are that my chart ruler is Mercury, which rules the mind, also that the flightiness of Gemini makes me pay attention to lots of things all the time.

I think I can pick out the negative from ALL of those that post here on LindaLand. Would we all like our sins to be splayed out in front of us?

I also find this ironic since it is as though, once again, Rainbow is the Martyr, but in many, many, many posts, she has to have some snide remark to make about me after I post - yet when I fight back - it is she that acts the victim.

This reminds of when I was attending a dorm meeting at a christian university. All the Bible-thumpers came together to point fingers and one or two of the "party-people" (basically, other christian students that didn't feel compelled to beat the Bible all day long). I finally got so sick of it that I stood up and pointed out all their wonderful infractions, from the future youth ministers sex behind the house with someone that was not his girlfriend, to the piously pregnant unwed resident counselor. Yeah.... real good!

I'm not defending lotus in other forums, because I have not seen it. I have seen her attacked here and I have seen her fight back. I am sorry that she called Christian's morons, but she is entitled to that opinion.

I was entirely offended when two posters from here desecrated Christs picture and the Christ on the Cross by putting in Bush's face. Regardless of what was thought about Bush - it was flagrant use of Christ (and as a Christian to DO take offense to someone making such a statement) that made me angry.

If I had started a thread calling Ms. Rainbow out on the carpet for doing that to Christ's picture and then citing all the stupid things she has said, I wonder what the reaction would have been? Probably the same people railing against Lotus would be rallying in support for Rainbow.

The Sag stellium has made me see you put your foot in mouth a couple of times, where you don't realize some of the things that you actually say. The 7th house seems to make you the type of person that is always dire to please, but you tend to be stuck on only one side at times. And the part that you claim of due to the fact that you have a Gemini ascendant makes you a person that might see all the aspects of a variety of issues, but must I mind you that (as a rule) Geminis don't get into too much dept into anything and I think that can make you a person that can easily miss crucial parts of what someone is trying to tell you. I've seen this a few times on your posts with others that you end up "debating" with.

I'm sorry that I'm nit-picking though, I do have alot of Virgo in my chart as you would know.

I agree with what you are saying on this one Pid, I've seen how Rainbow doesn't like a person that doesn't agree with her 120% of the time in some occasions and yet I've seen some her other posts that has been a direct contrast to what she had originally has said before.

Lotus, you've called nearly everyone you've run into on this site some form of godless moron, myself included. Please don't deny it. We all know how easy it would be to prove. Exactly what your purpose for doing this is, I haven't the slightest idea. If you sincerely feel it to be true, by all means, stand up and say so. But do please have the balls to accept honorably the repercussions of such behavior.

Interesting that you would bring up internet trolls, pid. The possibility that lotus is a troll has been suggested several times. My jury is still out. One thing I do know ... this problem has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with political persausion.

As for bringing up old posts ... some have the courage to stand by their words and apparently some don't.
