I think this is a wonderful outlook to have Ceri, one that I wish I could have more of. I am trying though... I can also relate to what you said about hopes becoming expectations. It totally sucks because after you feel rather silly about the whole thing.

While I'm sad that this happened, and you had to experience such sadness I'm happy that you're as ok with it as you appear to be here. I'm happy that you have such a healthy and rather positive attitude about (even if it may not always feel like it).

So onto superficial stuff!!!
I've been thinking about getting a tattoo and I have two artists in mind for it. For each on I asked "Should I let ___ do my tattoo, what result will I have? Will I be happy?"

Actually I was pulling three cards as to how our "connection" will be like from now on (you know, with the changed perspective of mine; no more delusions, dreams, hopes, fixed ideas about what COULD be, but instead just accepting what IS, even if it might feel less than what I wanted it to be. But even that, maybe it is just a wrong way of seeing things on my part. It is apparently exactly what it is meant to be and what I probably need him to be in my life.)

Anyway, the cards I pulled were:

World - Lovers - 6 of wands

I was pulled to the witches tarot this morning, and the World-card here is depicted as the Green Man, which I find interesting. As he has been sort of playing a role recently by popping up, actually before my trip my aunt gave me a notebook, which has the Green Man on the cover. I find that very interesting.

I find it quite positive (maybe just reflective of my current mindset though, I am aware of that possibility)

But the World-card of course depicts the completion of a cycle, which it is or was. Very clearly so, and actually after all it is still a reason to celebrate, at least in terms of personal evolvement.

The LOvers here might be indicative of the choice. But I am actually not totally clear about their meaning. I also find that in this deck the card is a bit, I don`t know, I find the man in that pic quite pushy to be honest. lol

6 of wands beside every other connotation is very fitting for a stage-card. I mean it DOES deal with recognition, maybe even applause, so that fits.
Nevertheless i think it also spells positively for me, at least in terms of enthusiasm or something like that.

In my crushes before I used to feel that. But puzzingly I donīt feel silly at all. Which is such a big leap in my own personal development. It means I finally have registered on a very internal level that it is completely alright to feel attracted to someone, even if he doesn`t reciprocrate, or at least not as strongly as I would wish for, it doesn`t make me a weak person, or bad or pathetic or silly or just a loser. It simply shows that I have feelings, and that apparently he provided me with something, I need(ed), or otherwise the crush wouldn`t have gotten me that far.
It also means that I apparently am not what HE needs though.
But that doesn`t make me small or weak or whatever.
Despite all of the hurt pride, bruised Ego, heartache (and yes it was and of course occasionally it still stings), it shoes that I have learned to somehow face my self-value-issues, this inferiority-complex, and even if not solved the issues totally, am on a much better way than before.
To be honest I have never had more confidence in myself and valued myself as much as I do in the current timeframe.
And a rejection - of whoever- might hurt and cause me considerable pain, but it doesn`t "destroy" me anymore. And wow, what an amazing lesson to learn!

Yes, looks better, but be sure it is realy what you want, cause with the 4 of pentacles, it might stay for quite a long time.

I didn't mean silly as a loser or anything like that, but silly that you continued the thoughts/feelings even after it was clear that it was one-sided. Something like "I should've known better". At least that's the way it is for me.

It would make sense to me, as we do not know each other well, or pretty much at all. All he knows about me is that I like musicals and of course the way I appear physically and in the way of just being "there".

You would also be right, that would be entirely inappropriate, flirting with me. But we didn`t flirt. Heck I do not even know how to do that. lol (at least not on friday)

It was just a "slip", almost like a Freudian slip maybe. His Sag-Mercury got the better of him, I suppose, and he must have gotten carried away by something whatever that was. I mean he was pretty much the focus of the show (his solo concert after all), and well, we all know how Sag Mercury`s tend to not always think before they speak.
It was meant as a joke, and probably just backfired. lol

Well, but fact is he did say it, and at least it seems that I wasn`t just as silly and delusional as I thought. Maybe I should start taking more seriously what I "sense" intuitively.

Not totally happy with it, and certainly uncertain if I can already wear it (though it might be too big soon. seems to be too big and too small at the same time to me. lol)
