So I asked how a guy was feeling about me right now, about a particular issue/convo while texting (nothing serious)9 swords- 4 cups- queen of cups So he's dealing with stress and not caring for my affections? IP: Logged |

I totally agree. And yes she has been called "acerb beauty"; as you said it a no - bs - type.

was asking why a colleague of mine is so nice to me, always offering me to give me a lift (though it is not directly on his way, but sometimes he is even waiting for me to make that offer), and recently has started being not just around me (he always has been, since I have met him), but started to increasingly touch me in a harmless, innocent way. But I noticd that nevertheless. (and while that is probably perfectly unimportant and meaningless, I noticed it cause that behaviour changed, and I donīt find that really appropriate, considering he is married - but as I said maybe I am making an elephant out of a mole or how it is called).Anyway I got King of Swords - Page of Cups - Devil IP: Logged |

I just asked why he had a terrible week, he said stress and then I sent him pictures of cute baby animals to cheer him up. Didnt work lol. He gets weird when stressed. I backed off. IP: Logged |

yes, well the 9 of swords is very stressed out, the 4 of cups needs some time-out, so Iguess it figures.

Oh I know about the trust issues and waiting for the world to fall apart any second, definitely. But the thing is, I once thought it would be smart to not let anyone too close, so it wouldn`t hurt that much, if I lost them. Then came the day, I attended the funeral of the boyfriend of one of my eldest friends (he died a month before turning 25), and I realized that it doesn`t work that way.
The only thing I accomplished by that was cheating myself out of experiencing the good sides of a relationship or friendship, denying myself good memories, but despite this, the loss still hurt just the same. Unfortunately it was just a more or less intellectual realization back then , and it is only now, so many years later, that I am actively trying to change it. But it is tough working against years of habitual defensity.
And to be honest even opening my heart hurts (like it would hurt your eyes if you had lived in a cave and steppd out of it, looking into the sun; or like if you have been halfrozen, and then when the sun is hitting you, it is quite painful at first, as the ice is melting away. But sometimes things happen in a life, and there is just no turning back again. One can either stand still and paralysed, or move forwwards, but there is no turning back.
Sorry, I am in one of my moods again. 
Maybe you are happy with how it is betwen your friend and you. But it doesn`t sound to me like you are. It rather sounds to me, that you are holding back out of fear of being hurt.
But I think the holding back will not prevent you from experiencing the pain any less, if it should happen.
But that is just my opinion, and it probably is not my place to even voice it, and you can tell me to stuff it and shut my big mouth. IP: Logged |

Nah Ceri, you're good and totally right. No I'm not 100% happy, it'll do for now, but he doesn't want anything more serious with me so I am settling for what we currently have and going with the flow. Any other men that have come into my life are men I couldn't see myself with whether it was because they were very immature or because there would a 'lack' (can't think of a better word)in my connection now or in the future with them. It's honestly this guy that taught me to have higher expectations (trust me they were really low before) for myself and for my relationships and for that I will always love him. IP: Logged |

Was asking about tonight`s musical visit, what I can expect (in terms of my enjoyment of course ).
Justice - Ace of Cups - 3 of wands
To be honest, I always fear the Justice-card a little. No fairy dust, just the brilliant light of truth and reality.
But more so, it seems to me to signal points in my life or in time from where there is no going back, no wiggling out anymore. The only way is forwards from then on. I just hope the Ace of cups and 3 of wands means it is into a nice direction. IP: Logged |

Same here, I find myself having to take a step back to be a bit more aware of actions and whether they are healthy, kinda forcing myself to go with the flow. Because it's the flow in general and not my flow. It's not easy..
I think Justice refers to your own perception of the even tonight, but the ace and the 3 of wands are definitely positive. The 3 of wands to me is often karma returning 3 fold and usually in a good way, especially in this case preceded by an ace and then the ace of cups (my favorite). I think here you are giving yourself to the music (if I understand correctly, or at least in terms of your enjoyment)and finding that you rather like it
