Foggy headed/brain farting LOL!
I do understand!
I get distracted easily unless fully focused, or in deep immersion trance.
Mild Narcolepsy (on top of my other neuro issues) also means I can fall asleep in a moment, even whilst standing up, and then enter REM in seconds unlike the normal 90 minutes most folks do.....so I never feel like I am totally in the real world...and get foggy brained/disoriented often.
