Exactly.

My advice is for you to notice every beauty around you, You are giving meaning everything around you, without you everything would be nothing.. So you are the masterpiece of your life, you are the center of your life, you are the only key thing in your life. If you were not existed, neither your love and your lover(if we look from your mind's perspective). So you were the one who loved so much and only you are the one who can get over it easily. There are tons of people who are better match than your ex and waiting for you to meet one day... Many people had/is/will be through what you just had.. So it is a just small hinder on your soul and personality development. Just consider these experience as a good one and be open the better ones because there is a saying Most beatiful things come true when least expected... Realize that there are many people who is loving you, spend your times with them, have fun with them etc.. When you suffer, soul blooms... In regards to karma, you will get what you deserved one way or another.. Life is not holding any grundge against you as well. Beatiful days are ahead. Rainbow always comes after a stormy very bad weather. Life is all about free will. So it is up to you whether you live the fullest or not. Life is so short to be really sad about anything and spend your important times in grief, so dont make it shorter =))

I saw him Saturday. I was working and he was there. We didn't speak but communicated through eye contact. At first he was surprised to see me, then the second time the expression on his face was one of "Hi! How are you? I'm glad to see you."

I thought I was getting over him, but seeing him again completely messed with my head. This is bad. This is really bad...

I was so proud of myself because he was in the back of my head, not in the front anymore. Now he's totally and completely on my mind and I'm worse off than I was before. All I know is before the other night I hadn't seen him in six months or talked to him in three. After two seconds of eye contact, I'm back to not sleeping, not eating, and I feel like my guts are being ripped out. This cuts so deep that tears don't do it justice.
