Gemini mars in 8th - my one and only experience with one of those was exactly how I once found it described on a website... Odd, because I don't expect all Gemini mars's in 8th to be one minute men... ------------------ [Insert catchy signature here.] IP: Logged |

Emmmmmmmm let me think. There was scorpio rising, mercury in 12th, virgo sun... ARIES moon (conjunct jupiter ) - aries can be quick too I suppose? His mars is also widely square his sun And I had his guarantee that with me it was the first time that ever happened... ------------------ [Insert catchy signature here.] IP: Logged |

Well basically, it feels like a major invasion of my privacy. Like the houseguest who overstays their visit and makes themselves too comfortable in your own home. I dunno, the 12th house is a very private matter for me and I feel like I'm always meeting these people way too soon. They don't generate any feelings of comfort, just paranoia.

I had my Sun,moon, Mercury and Venus in someone's 12th house. How do you think HE felt ------------------ Enlightenment doesn't result from sitting around visualizing images of light, but from integrating the darker aspects of the self into the conscious personality Jung You must lose your life for My sake in order to find it . Carl If YOU have certain personal standards that is cool. However, other people have their own levels of personal disclosure. If Randall feels it is going too far ,he will step in. If you want to message him about things you could do that. I hate an unneeded argument to start. You have Eris conjunct something.Eris likes to provoke ------------------ Enlightenment doesn't result from sitting around visualizing images of light, but from integrating the darker aspects of the self into the conscious personality Jung You must lose your life for My sake in order to find it . Well, bottom line Randall is the main "censor" so if anyone is offended -- write to him. I,personally, am a born again Christian and maybe SHOULD be offended but life is life.Truth is truth. Why be fake However, no matter what each person's PARTICULAR standards are Randall is the one to contact if you feel offended and want to register a complaint.------------------ Enlightenment doesn't result from sitting around visualizing images of light, but from integrating the darker aspects of the self into the conscious personality Jung You must lose your life for My sake in order to find it . Well, I suppose I should explain why so personal. First of all, I'm sorry if I offended anyone. My first description was more cryptic but it was when Mert asked me to be a bit clear I - in retrospect probably wrongfully - thought that latter description would clear up what I meant.Again, I'm sorry if I offended anyone. Now, on to explaining why I'm so personal: I have no other excuse for that, other than: I am very open and don't always consider taboos. I do tend to put my foot in my mouth a lot or say something that might have been a bit too personal for other people's standards. I talk too much and talk before I really think about what others would say about it. I honestly try to avoid it, but it really feels so unnatural to me that I actually feel worse (as in physically, having the actual feeling that what I'm doing is not right) "behaving" than I do just spitting it all out I know it's not much of an excuse, but that's why I did it. ------------------ [Insert catchy signature here.] IP: Logged |

Your out spoken nature does not bother me Aya but what in your chart makes it --do you think? Do you have Mars conjunct Mercury?

No, but I have mercury conjunct rising and conjunct uranus (could add to the "shock" value of things I'd say), opposite a chiron in gemini which is said to be either a verbal waterfall or completely quiet.I think it's that... And I do tend to put my foot in my mouth a lot, but that's typical for sag mercs though, isn't it? ------------------ [Insert catchy signature here.] IP: Logged |

I kinda take back the things I said, when I first created this post... I mean, I'm not a man hater or anything... Its just nice to warn other fellow astrologers of aspects or signs that could lead to a dubious character... IP: Logged |

Aya - I didn't get offended by your earlier comment...it actually made me laugh out loud although I know it's not a laughing matter. And yes, merc in Sag certainly is known for the foot in mouth syndrome. I have similar problems with a 9th house mercury IP: Logged |

This a teach & learn forum. The bluntness & honesty don't bother me none...I mean we're all adults- can't be that much shock value to what people say. Just appreciate it. : )With all these aspects to "avoid" in men, does anyone think with synastry aspects it can neutralize it? Never cancel out of course since its all free will. With my SO his aspects made me want to run for the hills...the first time I saw his chart, my first thought was "AWWW....HELL NOOOO!!!" Maybe we can attribute it more to the synastry than the natal?
