If I were not married and if I were to live alone and not have any friends, and if no human loves me, I would have no problem being alone. I have the Greatest Friend I could ever have. God is my best friend. God is always there for me no matter what. God is infallible. In God I Trust. Having said that, you can't possibly fathom how deep of a relationship I have with my wife. If I were to have to trek through the depths of the abyss and spend an eternity in hell, there are no others than she and I rather be than with each other. This is not "cocky-in-keyboard-style." I am cocky and hyper aggressive in real life. It is who I am. Its called confidence and self-assurance. I work hard for my success and I enjoy success only because I am dedicated to achieving success. In real life, I make mince meat out of people like you. I kick posteriors for a living, and I do my job rather well. Yes, there is one active forum member here who is my colleague at work, and she works about 20 feet away from me. She knows my entire background well. There are several individuals here who have ready access to my attention via e-mail. One individual has open access to all the public photos of my family. All know that my family forms the center of my life, and my relationship with God forms the foundation of my existence. There are more than enough individuals in real life whom I adore and cherish. My ego and self-esteem are not dependent on proving anything to people like you.
Not dependent on proving anything to people like me? Is this why you are trying to prove your useless arguments ln long sentences and many posts? You are just another trash talker and stop lying yourself. Dont carry argument more forward and make sense. Who are you to say people like me? You are obviously noone in contrast to me so learn some respect and manner

Maybe so! I'm eating a bit of ravioli, and seeing whether or not it stays down. Almost everything I eat or drink comes back up, including popcorn, but I'm not losing weight. popcorn gets caught in my teeth, too, so I go with something like M&M's. IP: Logged |

I got it. That's why I laughed. But nah I was just calling for the OP, Carl, to chime in as this is HIS thread! Hope he doesn't feel it was hijacked. IP: Logged |

yeah, I hope that he doesn't feel that way either...actually would be curious to get back on the original topic/hear more from the OP I know threads can get silly, but, even when they do, still want to discuss and learn and all IP: Logged |

Your posts are too hilarious at times. Just way too many to quote.. Sorry everyone, didn't meant to offend anyone.. I realize there is serious debate going on.... Where's Carl? Time to make a post, choose a side for fun's sake! IP: Logged |

Ney... I'm a newbie too. I just read a lot of posts by the seniors here.

Hey, I am back. So much to say and so little mind power to remember it all. So I will address what little actually stuck with me. Not to say I got all the important stuff committed to memory...So don't be insulted if I missed what you felt was good advice, etc., as I am sure there are some gems that slipped my mind, in regards to quotes from you guys.Anyway, on forth... LP - Interesting, about the peach blossums, etc. I am a pretty confident guy. The only way in which I feel inferior is in regards to wages, finances, etc. If I made 5 dollars/hour more, I feel I would be on a level playing field (or maybe that is just my immagantion). Regardless, if I made what I feel I deserve, I think I would be unstopable!
I have never had a gf stolen away by a friend however.
Elizabth - I have indeed travelled a lot to 20 countries or so and want to double that! I have a job working with children now and, for all intents purposes am "stuck" with it till September. But "stuck' is the wrong word as I love working with children (beats dealing with people my own age, aha). I did indeed teach English abroad for two years, in China. I got real sick towards the end of it and maybe wanna close out my 20s here in the states before venturing out for a long stint elsewhere.
Mert - I am somewhere in between you and others. I do not think love has to be WAR. It can be, especially with divorce. But not always. On the other hand, I do believe on keeping your guard up a little (like, I won't come out and say I had cancer, right away, at this point) and protecting ones self for a while.
Starry - Interested to here more.
Yours - good solid advice all around
Money aside, I am confident in my intelligence, EQ, ability to hold convos and be interesting, etc. It is money where I feel I lack confidence and worrying baout this really impacts my entire being (on the flip side I am good at being frugal). I am ashamed at how little I make (20K if I am lucky) and I feel too poor to be able to satisfy (aka make another girl feel secure). Secruity is big for girls and that type of money does not cut it, that is why I feel insecure. That issue aside, I KNOW I am a very good, or even great catch and would rock as a bf. I mean, I did in the past with the 2-3 girls I was very serious with!! I know I am handsome, smart, interesting, cool, social enough...But money wise, I feel inadequete. IP: Logged |

Woah Carl. I'll check out the job market for private school kindergarten teachers in Manhattan. I'm pretty sure that the pay is at least double or triple that on a beginning basis. My kid's orchestra conductor is a private school music teacher and he pulls into the six figures, and he's not even in Manhattan Naturally its competitive, as with everything else in Manhattan. I'll let you know what I find. IP: Logged |

I'm a newbie in that too. But the first thing i notice is yr a positive wood not borm in season. . weak not necessary bad, just need different elements. I'm learning... u just confirmed to me that someone born with wealth element in day,mth EB... are money driven, motivated by financial success. My view, to capture wealth, Day master must be strong by chart or going thru luck pillar where Day master becomes strong. Hw to b strong, resource element n friend/rob wealth star needed. Dun worry, past 10yrs, i was unable to capture the wealth in my chart too. So near yet so far.. I survived on coffee a day for a week at my poorest stage. I'm not afraid of finance issues nw. I'm at the best 10yrs of my life.. just relationship issues stinks nw. IP: Logged |
