It mostly comes down to strong women don't really think about how they make others feel. I've been with strong women, and truthfully it sucks. Like I have enough problems being a 22 year old emotional, tall white kid lol. It isn't really that fun to have someone just blow through me. Not realizing when I go home that night I will stay up for hours thinking about it all.
Plus most of the time "strong" women are out of their depth and are expelling energy. Women who are really strong have their emotions in balance, and can tune into their partner. That's what males with those signs realize, we don't need this unbalanced **** throwing us off course.

I've seen terrible relationships where one of these signs has a kid, or gets stuck with a 'strong' women and it's always really bad... Just the other night my friends girl was talking about how she likes pick up trucks. It reminds her of getting screwed by her ex's who had big trucks... IN FRONT OF A HUGE GROUP OF PEOPLE, and this dude is emotional as **** anyway and doesn't have the balls to do anything....
