I agree with Odette. My guy has 4 planets in fixed signs, is big on things like virginity and has a madonna-***** complex. When I shared his bed with him for the first time, he thought I would end up spreading my legs and leave later. But then I didn't even kiss him because I wanted something more meaningful. It could be the same with the Leo in question. Or maybe the guy is simply attention seeking and acting the way I've seen other Leos act when they are attracted to a certain person but fear rejection.When it comes to Leo men, I had a Leo Sun/Venus chase me and he was very generous and polite throughout. But he too had a madonna-***** complex, pried too much and seemed judgmental. As time passed by, he expected me to call (I expect others to call me) and pamper him.
My dad like you has Leo Mars and he's protective, loyal, funny, generous and proud of those he loves. I guess he likes being chased.
An ex had Leo Ascendant and I've never seen a stingier guy than him. He liked to chase women (many at the same time)....ego boost? On a positive note, he would make everyone laugh, was easy to remain friends with after the break-up and knew how to have fun. We were not just lovers, we were friends in the truest sense.
Cancers go well with Leos. I can be very leonine (feel entitled, need for limelight, ego problem....) and my guy who has Venus in Cancer pampers me right. Venus in Cancer knows how to spoil Leos.
