I also meant to add:

a) My own "disloyal" moon actually feels a sense of responsibility to everyone that I deal with.

b) Dopgang is not a constant complainer. I rarely see a complaint out of him, but I have seen him be consistently supportive of people who posted in my thread in Sweet Peas, and other people here, when they aren't doing so well.

Now I'm disappearing for the day.

Sometimes I just like a good "mental rumble". Every once in a while I get an itch that needs scratched.

Mars conjunct mercury in Virgo. It's like crtical Virgo with a little Aries snap to it. I can be very difficult. Truthfully, though I don't say it, I admire and appreciate those closest to me who manage to have the patience to deal with me.
Spouse, boss, etc.

I get what you mean, DopGang. I have the square, with Mercury being in Virgo as well. Aries and Virgo unhinged, lol.

I also agree with teasel that you're far from a complainer. That's such an insensitive thing to say anyway.

Thank you! (Both of you)
It threw me off. I knew where she was coming up with that but it was WAY off.

As for the topic. Well, I think every placement has its strengths and weaknesses which what are even viewed as strengths or weaknesses differ depending on who you ask.

To get to the point. I believe that you could take two people born at exactly the same time and place and they could be very different. Simply because of their environment. The signs, placements of their parents, siblings, friends, etc etc. Both born with the same potential to have the energies manifest in certain ways. One may grow up with a square that gets emphasized and the other has the square sort of smoothed out because of their environment. Their upbringing and experiences.
Reading that makes astrology sound pointless but ah-ha.

Both could be Virgo moons with Gemini mercury just for example. Although both could seem very different to the world, and to each other they would process their feelings in similar ways. The WAY that they communicate in general could be similar though maybe one cusses a lot and one doesn't. That can be learned very easily.

I have a personal example. One of the closest relationships that I've had in my life was with someone that I had a lot of squares and oppositions with. Yet, I'm heavy 12th and they had Pisces. My 12th is Virgo so it opposed. Things like that.
We had the same moon. It was such a great experience and in ways life changing for me. Because we sometimes had really very different views on things. An example would be on giving money to homeless while you're out and about. We had totally opposite views on that I remember. But we ALWAYS had great talks and great understanding because we each could at least if nothing else, understand what drove us to that thinking. It made sense. We came to different conclusions but how we got there was very similar.

I think it's a really good thing! It felt so positive and healthy to find someone similar enough to connect with that we could open each other's minds to opposing views, still not budge, but understand. So I'm really appreciative that even same sign planets have their uniqueness in each of us.

I used to find Ami Anne's posts interesting, but reading her insensitive posts to some people on here I know the place she comes from, and she has lost credibility in my eyes. I mean, according to her I should most probably be a sociopath due to my heavily afflicted Jupiter. When she first said harsh aspects to Jupiter made one a sociopath I took no offence cause I thought "Well, it's possible it's true for some but I'm glad it isn't for me". I was being open minded about it. Come to think of it she acts more like a sociopath than I do lol. There's some irony. But now I see that she is biased and lets personal experiences cloud her judgement, leaving no leeway for evidence to the contrary, and because she's apparently an astrologer she has the hubris to think that her personal experiences are somehow head and shoulders above everyone else's. That's not a good astrologer in my opinion when they use a study sample of one person to confirm their beliefs. That's just confirmation bias. Sorry, I had to say this.

I think it reflects very poorly on a mod's character when they are prohibited from posting in certain subforums because of their bad behavior.

And don't get me started on her interpretations of asteroids...

This thread is depressing and completely off topic.
