I've been listening to this song by Beyonce called Flaws and All. I have been thinking and wondering if I am an abusive partner to my mate. I ask him and he tells me no, that it's only my trust issues and he understands. I've moved past the "pushing away" phase with the exception of my outburst of my infamous 30 thread. So I know that I still harbor some doubt and insecurities. However, I don't see this as BPD although my past experiences and childhood may very well lead people to assume so.I'm a train wreck in the morning

BPD is a real thing, whether or not people believe in it. My soulmate suffers from it and we've been on our ups and downs now for four long years. It has completely torn me to pieces and I don't even know who I am as a result. I'm not saying that medication is the cure all, because it isn't. I beleive that we CAN will ourselves out of mental illness. I just wanted to share my thoughts...------------------
