I think what makes me come across as "masculine" is this quiet inner strength I have, and my level of comfort with men, as if I am "one of the guys." I better be comfortable with them ~ I have four brothers and four sons!

Being surrounded by men may be the legacy of an exact Mars-Jupiter sextile.

My Venus-Uranus semisextile might represent the fact that my husband has an exact sun-Uranus conjunction, and I show up in public with him, or will soon be talking about my eccentric husband, after you meet me.

Also, his sun-Uranus is exactly trine Saturn, and I'm a Capricorn. So people will say of him, "There's that weird guy with the serious chick by his side." (And his Saturn is conjunct my Venus, if you can follow that.)

Interesting (meaningful?) that both of us have three planets in aspect by half a degree orb.

We got engaged after one date, much to the astonishment of everyone we knew. Especially since he had been a bachelor for so long, and we have a huge age difference. I attribute some of that to our Mars-Juno-ASC, plus transiting Pluto was exactly conjunct my Venus (7 minutes orb) and conjunct his Saturn (1 degree) at that time.

To match, the day we got married, tr Venus was exactly conjunct tr Saturn. We didn't plan that whatsoever. Additionally, tr Juno was conjunct tr Pluto, conjunct my Neptune.

We have a kite configuration in composite, with Pisces Chiron and BML at the apex, conjunct my natal moon. Jupiter was transiting conjunct all of this when we got engaged.

We both agree that the first one we felt was my Uranus conjunct Venus
My Venus trine Uranus

Everything was SOOOO instantaneous! I still look back and can't believe it. Mercury probably played heavily into it because with the distance all we could do was talk and not even with body language. It started with just typing, like this.
But holy cow it was fast. We would continually say how it felt like it had been forever. Even now, it's not even been a year, just over half, but it feels like forever.
When we first met in person, it was the same.
I remember there was not really any nervousness or any of that.
Barbie thinks maybe Pluto played into it from the start..? Or maybe it was all of the activity around my Asc..? There was TREMENDOUS physical attraction right away.

Then, after a certain amount of time of being together. Pluto came out to play. Pluto (mine) wanted to know EVERYTHING. Jeez did it dig and dig and dig. Then it would go back and dig the same place again, just to be sure. Kind of drove her a little nutty but she's a very patient, loving, and understanding person. Plus, she gave pluto what he wanted. She told pluto anything that he wanted to know. I guess you could say that pluto and virgo worked together a little bit, with that Mercury/Mars. So it was extra "detective" like.

Now, at least on my end. I really feel Venus conjunct NN. I feel like my style of loving was pulled, stretched, into a more selfless and deeper direction. It wasn't completely easy, but as I started to do it, it felt right. It felt like a higher/better way to love.

Finally, I can DEFINITELY see our composite Virgo Sun.
We're clean freaks, we have lists, we are service oriented towards each other, we plan things out, are analytical, and are very detail oriented.

From the second day(date), i wanted to impress him. Wanted to be his ideal mate. It was all lovey dovey. He hasnt budged from that pedestal. Moon-Venus DW. Moon-neptune Dw. I believe all through this my Neptune to his sun plays a major role. But not IC- Pluto. Pluto has been missing in action for a long time. No mind games. He always sees through me. I do feel moon-pluto. We are very intense. Not in front of others. But when we are together, its all or nothing kind.
I have mentioned the aspects and the events,Leeleo. Im not good at dissecting the various aspects. Definitely nodes to angle and then mars-venus aspects must be the reason for the initial attraction. N nodes to angles for 'seeing him for the first time' kinda attraction i feel for him! Also, its like TOGETHER we are heading in the right direction.

My memory isn't that sharp...but I did wonder if I would marry him. My Venus conjunct his Saturn...I think I must've sensed that on some level...it's familiar to me, as my father's Saturn was also conjunct my Venus.

And my Venus is trine my husband's sun by about one degree, maybe that's what I was sensing. I still feel that we get a lot of mileage out of that aspect. I forgive him more easily than I forgive other people.

I'm not this smart Can't separate things that way. Plus, I have an 8H Pisces moon and pick up on a lot of things organically. I think I sensed where we were headed very early on. Months before he did. So it was confusing when he was acting like he didn't like me...I was thinking, "Hello? I'm your future wife, don't you want to sit a little closer now?" LOL

Married 15+ years. That's a good question, I will think about it and research. I do sense some things happening in the progressed composite...presently Venus is conjunct Eros there But as for being aware of how our interplay matches the charts...no, my perspective has remained very basic.

For me, there are 2 asteroids that seem to be major players in the initial "attention getting" stage. They are Adonis and Aphrodite. I think Adonis and Aphrodite act like a super-concentrated Mars and Venus, and, whereas, Mars can mean any action in general, Adonis seems to be a more specific energy, particularly sexual. Thankfully, my Mercury also trined his Sun-Venus conjunction 1°, so he also loved my voice and mind just as much.

That's probably the most powerful aspect we had that led to marriage. Node to Vertex is often called "the marriage aspect", and, in our case, it was true.

...Oddly enough, I felt his Uranus hit my Aphrodite before I ever saw his face. I was reading an interview with him and there was no photo accompanying it. I don't even remember why I bothered reading it, really, because at that time I had no interest in him at all. I didn't even know we worked with the same charity, yet. I just saw the article on some news site and was curious about it, so I started reading it.

In the interview, he was asked about some things he was being criticized for, some things about his appearance, and he had a polite, but glib reaction to it. He had a very 'I'll-do-whatever-I-damn-well-please' attitude about it, but in a very polite Libra AC way. Uranus is in his 1st house. I just remember liking his attitude INSTANTLY. Even before I ever saw his face. I just loved that Uranian energy his words and attitude oozed. He was very individualistic. Since Uranus rules my 8th, I guess I felt it deeply. So, the Uranus opp. Aphrodite 0° was the first thing I loved about him, sight unseen.

...Then... I saw him. That's when all that Adonis energy knocked me back to the womb! I have NEVER had anyone's Adonis hit ALL of my personal planets at once, let alone hit them all so, so tightly.

When I first saw his face, I actually said the words, "He's Adonis Incarnate." That was before I ever even checked any synastry or knew anything about his asteroid Adonis making all those exact aspects to my planets.
He simply IS the epitome of Adonis to me. As far as I'm concerned, no more perfect example of a male human has ever existed. Adonis is a powerful asteroid.

-His Adonis on my Moon 0°. That was the first one that caused me to feel an emotional attraction to him. I think it may be a little like Mars-Moon, but I'm not sure. I just know he triggered the strongest emotional reaction in me I've ever felt. It's been 2 years and my feelings for him are only stronger and deeper.

-His Venus-Jupiter conjunct my Sun-Venus.
His Jupiter is on my Sun and Venus 0° and his Venus is 3° wider. His Venus is also opp. my Jupiter 3°, so there's a lot of Sun-Venus-Jupiter energy.

...These were the next things I felt. His smile and laugh are like heaven to me. My Sun and Venus are conjunct by 1°, his Jupiter sits right in between them, conjuncting them both 0°. So, he just expanded my heart and pretty much blew my heart chakra wide open. I had never realized how clogged and repressed it was until he triggered it and it just exploded.

Nothing makes me feel as good as just the thought of him. Everything he does and says just makes me feel good... and he makes me feel a lot and deeply. Also, since his Mercury is on my Psyche, I love everything he thinks, the way he thinks it, and the way he says it. I even love the things he doesn't say, but that I can tell he's thinking because with my Psyche on his Mercury, his Psyche on my Moon, his Pallas on my Moon, my Moon in his 12th house, and other similar aspects... I can almost read his mind. Most of the time I know what he's going to say before he says it.

-Venus and Mars
They're too wide to be conj. by degree, but they're conj. by sign both ways. His Mars/my Venus in Gem., My Mars/his Venus in Cancer. They are conjunct 4° in the Composite, though, at Canc. 2°-Gem 28° on the solstice/antiscia of one another.

They're all parallel in synastry

-His Mars 21°46'N
-My Venus 21°41'N
-My Mars 22°34'N

So, I felt a very strong physical attraction. I had a visceral reaction to him.

-My Mars and AC on his 0°

I just fell in love with him. In the 2 years since I first laid eyes on him, everything I've seen him do or say, every thought he's expressed, every word he's uttered, every move he's made I have loved. I just can't find a single fault with him. Even the things that I know are actual faults like his temper, pride, etc. are endearing to me. I think having so much Jupiter energy in a synastry or composite just makes it impossible to not love the person unconditionally.

It's funny, because Pluto gets the rep for being so obsessive, and Neptune for being so addictive, and I agree that they both are those things. I've got to tell you, though, that NOTHING has EVER hooked me as hard or flown me as HIGH as all this Jupiter.

The Mercury race? Ooooo that's a tough one! Depends on the topic but, who's winning the overall talking race? I'd say her!
Sometimes I call her on my 10 minute break, I call, and then just listen. Literally don't talk until it's time to go back to work! LOL She's not angry or anything like that, just talking - about our upcoming trip, financial planning, babies, her family... anything.

Before we were with each other physically I had to go to unlimited minutes on my cell phone. On weekends we talked ALL DAY AND NIGHT. Breaks here and there for food and a shower. LOL We don't really fight. There's a tiff here or there but honestly not often at all! We're almost always on the same page about the smallest things - almost like mind reading. However, when we disagree, we have to be careful because both are STUBBORN. Hahaha. We don't budge.

We get EXTREMELY silly. We make faces at each other, do weird dances, say just the craziest things and make each other laugh. I don't laugh that much, or I didn't used to. She makes me laugh a lot.

The only real issue, which isn't much. Is that she can "get over" something, *snap*, like that. She says "I'm over it" and she is. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaan, I can hang onto things forever and ever. My memory is just insane and I remember all kinds of details about all kinds of things in my life.
There was an old woman from 7 years ago when I fixed her air conditioner. I remember what the problem was, what the fix was, her name, where she lives. I don't know why, it just stayed there.
So letting go of things is a challenge for me. Everything sticks!
But that's part of the lesson of love, her Venus and my NN. I THINK. It seems odd, being that both are Scorpio. But she teaches me that the purest love is that which loves in the moment and loves for tomorrow. It makes me tear up to think of what she's given me already. Not just the gift of her love, but the gift of being able to love better.

Anyway, I could talk forever. lol

I am Mercury, he is Venus.

Oppositions are like being high and in sync with the other. You can even feel as if you're floating. That planet of yours feels heightened in the interaction with the other's heightened planet. There is also a feeling of idealization and "untouchable" in an opp, like you can never reach the other person, he/she is ellusive, like on a pedestal. In this respect, opp are Neptunian. We do have all the positives you mention. I couldn't have said it better myself.

As much as I wished it would work, sadly it didn't.
My 12th house Venus is conjunct my Cancer Ascendant, his Mercury is conjunct my Cap Descendant, so Saturn's my guy. Coincidently, my natal Saturn is in Gemini 11th house. His Aquarius Sun conjunct my NN and his Juno. His NN is in Cancer. I am a Leo Sun.

The Mercury race? Ooooo that's a tough one! Depends on the topic but, who's winning the overall talking race? I'd say her!
Sometimes I call her on my 10 minute break, I call, and then just listen. Literally don't talk until it's time to go back to work! LOL She's not angry or anything like that, just talking - about our upcoming trip, financial planning, babies, her family... anything.

Before we were with each other physically I had to go to unlimited minutes on my cell phone. On weekends we talked ALL DAY AND NIGHT. Breaks here and there for food and a shower. LOL We don't really fight. There's a tiff here or there but honestly not often at all! We're almost always on the same page about the smallest things - almost like mind reading. However, when we disagree, we have to be careful because both are STUBBORN. Hahaha. We don't budge.

We get EXTREMELY silly. We make faces at each other, do weird dances, say just the craziest things and make each other laugh. I don't laugh that much, or I didn't used to. She makes me laugh a lot.

The only real issue, which isn't much. Is that she can "get over" something, *snap*, like that. She says "I'm over it" and she is. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaan, I can hang onto things forever and ever. My memory is just insane and I remember all kinds of details about all kinds of things in my life.
There was an old woman from 7 years ago when I fixed her air conditioner. I remember what the problem was, what the fix was, her name, where she lives. I don't know why, it just stayed there.
So letting go of things is a challenge for me. Everything sticks!
But that's part of the lesson of love, her Venus and my NN. I THINK. It seems odd, being that both are Scorpio. But she teaches me that the purest love is that which loves in the moment and loves for tomorrow. It makes me tear up to think of what she's given me already. Not just the gift of her love, but the gift of being able to love better.

Anyway, I could talk forever. lol

his sun in virgo square my moon in gem 1°47

his saturn is in close conjunction to his sun, so it squares my sun in gemini too @0°46 [moon 2°40/chiron 1°51]

his moon biquintile my saturn 0°49
and the moons are semi-square 0°37, nothing too exciting, but adding up to the tension I guess ^^ the only relief from all this is a sextile between our venus's and his libra pluto trining my luminaries, but then again it's pluto with all his underworld/transformation stuff, so maybe not
