You'll meet her. Youre a good egg and there is a reason - many reasons - why you havent found her yet. Isnt the alone time great though? You can really grow as a person and explore the many aspects of self. Which is needed to someday fully connect with another. I dont think you will ever have it all figured out (as you know) but the people who actually care to try are at a bit of an advantage in life I think. Alot of people do anything they have to, to stay away from the "deep end".

I could really relate to what Tink said here: "my dark/miserable/violent/suicidal/numb-to-the-point-of-catatonia moments" - and knowing that they pass. For me, they have in a way, been the best times of my life, yet only in hindsight obviously. They DO always pass and you DO have to *learn* how to enjoy the WHOLE ride.

Hey Danny, I cant remember the last time I had sex. LOL What do you think of that? No, I know it was last summer (I believe it was anyway.....I live with an ex turned roomate/best friend ). But I've gone for very long periods of celibacy many times and I could care less. Usually I dont even make a conscious choice to do so or not. Just that I'd rather have none at all than with someone I dont care about or am not in a relationship with. It's not in anyone's best interest to me mixing their physical or subtle/etheric bodies with random people just because they need to get off. I wont go off on that whole thing though.

Also Steve, I agree with Tink in that I think you should try to "get out there" more. It's very unlikely you will meet her on the internet. Youre a cool dude! Get out there! You'll find her.

Internet matchmaking services make me nervous - though, I've never tried one. I just dont find most people honest enough to be trusted in how they portray themselves to be on a questionare where they are trying to meet others. Even the ones with the best intentions are probably not coming off to how they truly are. Most people have no clue who they are anyway. And of course are only saying who they think they are and that could be a completely different person than how the majority of people see them. I know that others arent the best judges of you either but personally I couldnt go that route. I'd rather do it the old fashioned way. I DO think that successful partnerships can be achieved through them though. Just not often. .....but then, what do I know?
