I'm only on the top of page 15 and I can already see it is going to get sad again. I just wanted to say that I liked your quotes, HSC. I don't know if I'll finish reading or not. I'm looking for a zoo game to play with Rosie. They are on "Z" in kindergarten. Z is for Zora Zebra and her Zippers. Rosie loves animals. She has about a hundred plastic animals of different sizes and each set comes with trees and bushes etc, "habitat" so she sets them all up. I have to teach her that certain animals can't be in the same place together or they will fight or eat each other. The zoo games teaches this too and also teaches how each needs a certain kind of environment and some like shorter grass and some like long grass (called Savanna I think, I learn as she does) and some need more space than others...Also, I recorded the third graders singing that song at afternoon performance yesterday and had intentions of sharing it and Rosie's class singing Baby Beluga and the star song they sang but I changed my mind when I read the thread. Steve and T, I love you and I hope you feel better soon.

Hey guys, Well, I don't know if you all have caught up on all that happened here last night.
26Taurus lost it pretty spectacularly, to say the least. We're talking a serious, rageful, ongoing outpouring. I kept my cool and even managed to make peace with writesomething while T was screaming "B!tch" at me. I'm really proud of myself for staying calm and rational, while T was going crazy, leveling insults and accusations. I hope you all can exercise a little objectivity, and put yourselves on the right side of this. I've never been so incredibly and perfectly vindicated in my life. If you continue to target me, now, and give a free pass to the person who was tearing all over this board in a rage, screaming insults... I'll be laughing my a$$ off for a whole week after this. I hope you all learned something from this little crash course. Writesomething was egging her on, getting her more worked up, while I actually responded to her angry shouts with concern, and intelligent, calm explanations of my words and my positions. Which of you would honestly respond to me by asking if I was okay, and showing concern, if I had just made a bunch of rash, hateful accusations and screamed "b!tch" at you?? Think about it. I dare you. Then continue to direct your complaints and criticisms to me, and go on defending T's insane behavior. I double dare you. the way it is, HSC

If this thread is going to be locked, its on account of writesomething and 26taurus, whose language and behavior went way over the line. Yes, I think the thread has resolved itself pretty amazingly, and I'd be more than satisfied to see it locked at this point. IP: Logged |

HSC - Just to be clear here, I just want to state that the thread I began regarding the celebrities was not for any other purpose than to engage in open dialogue. There was no 'ulterior motive' or agenda (unless you believe so, which is your prerogative) As to 'others talking about you' (which mentioned), I really don't think it makes a difference which thread you're on. If they're talking about you, they'll do so wherever you go. I really don't think it's fair to judge and say who is being rational and who is not. There's responsibility here. People are human as to have reactions. The they are responsible for their reactions, but as is the other who is tampering with them there is responsibility too. They are not bugs to be played with to prove something. They're human (just like celebrities. How about that) I can assure you that in continuing to tamper with people's vulnerabilities (as you are obviously used to doing to yourself), there will be a consequence to your actions. And no, it hasn't happened yet. I'm done here. Thank you for proving my point. IP: Logged |

MVM,No, I was not suspicious about your motives, and did not make any assumptions about them at all. I have no problem with you, and you are entitled to your opinions, provided you can share them without lapsing into 26taurus-style tantrums. If you must continue to push and play on my vulnerabilities, while ignoring the more serious transgressions of others... So be it. That is your choice. And I respect it. Just try to stay within the guidlines of the site. Thanx, HSC

Is that so, TINK? That's some pretty big talk. As I recall, I effortlessly dismantled your last attempt to do just that. You were completely disarmed, and could only stutter, "m-m-maybe I didnt express myself well". You have yet to confront, or to even attempt to confront, the counter-points I made against you, and I have a "quiverring" suspicion, lol, that you never will rise to that occassion. Never lock this thread, lol. Priceless!!! But, yeah, I suppose T could use a bodyguard. Not that she has any angry mobs after her, or anything, but she was quiverring pretty gelatinously last night, lol. What can I say? It happens to the best of us.

writesomething, Mystic Melody, AG ~ yes, you could close the thread. We can cut off the Hydra's head. And then we could sit around and wait a day or two, or an hour or two, and watch half a dozen more spring up in various other threads. The thread zala pulled out of her hat should tell us something.MM, you're a loyal friend. Certainly not a fair weather friend. I respect that. But your "a few times a year" estimation is startlingly conservative. Maybe once or twice a month? Some of us have been here a long time - maybe too long - and we've seen this insanity played out over and over again. Remember Lotus? Remember Mystic Gemini? Carlo? N_w Evil? At some point the self-proclaimed "brilliance and heart" just isn't worth the slash and burn savagery too often inflicted on what is otherwise a generally good natured site. IP: Logged |

I didn't stutter. I did politely imply - perhaps too politely? - that you are unable or unwilling to grasp the many layers of a complex topic when your ego is on the rampage. I could more easily have a reasonable conversation with a rabid dog.The jello quotation was yours, HSC. I'm sure you remember the thread. I'm sure you recall wimpering and whining and telling everyone how a few harsh words from me had you crying all night and contemplating suicide. Now let's cut to the chase. You are too easily hurt. You very easily lose emotional control. I'm not easily hurt. I rarely lose control. Bearing this in mind, do you really want to go another round with me? IP: Logged | |
