I`m so outdated, I don`t even know who the celebs are but I can identify with the less than perfect attributes and ugly days !! No worries T, we all find humor in different areas and some will share the humor, some won`t. That makes us a wonderful, crazy but different group of people

For the record,My intention was to make a point. Even so, I deleted it within 30 seconds of posting it,
and I hoped (for her sake) that she would not see it. She saw that I deleted it, and retorted anyway. Her retort was clearly not about making a point,

I don't think there's anything wrong with these pics or comments, 26T, even though I know they are completely unfair and tacky ....despite that, I do find them fun to read from time to time.
I think it's fairly natural that we poke fun at celebrities which our society considers so glamorous and 'perfect'...it's just something to balance out all that adoring energy they get all the time. If this kind of commentary was geared toward someone who is not a celebrity, it would be cruel (to me)and completely heartless. Yes, I realize it's unfair to celebrities....which is why I am very grateful to not be one myself. IP: Logged |

Thank you juni. xx  And Zala and HSC are entitled to think it's not funny. I totally agree. That's why when he shared his thoughts and reasonings earler in the thread, I didnt try to argue him out of it. I thought he was simply looking to argue with people some more. Then I thought I should try explaining to people how others might find humor that was not malicious in this. HSC, Interesting how you want to try to justify that insult now and give yourself props for deleting it in under 30 seconds "for my sake". I don't think that was really it and it wouldve been funnier if it were true. But I thought I ran with it and cracked a good joke about it anyway. If my retort was not about making a point I wouldve quickly insulted you right back without asking, something I did not and wouldnt have done here anyway if it came down to it. IP: Logged |

I was trying to "scare" you HSC. Maybe I shouldve posted that picture you were refering to again instead.

One of my faults is taking things too personally, and at times, too easily slipping into other peoples' shoes, to my own detriment :-\
