I try to tell the truth,
as best I can.

Okay, yeah, found you, wrote.

Thanks, yeah,
feeling a little better.
Yes, i'm home.

Still battling pneumonia.
Muscles achey and weak,
deep chest congestion,
lots of coughing up sh--,
cold sweats, fevers, shakes,
nausea and disorientation.
Trouble breathing and sleeping.
Speaking in a hoarse whisper.

Eh. Not as bad as it was.

Feist

"I Feel It All"

I feel it all, I feel it all, I feel it all, I feel it all
The wings are wide, the wings are wide
Wild card inside, wild card inside

Ooh, I'll be the one who'll break my heart
I'll be the one to hold the gun

I know more than I knew before
I know more than I knew before
I didn't rest, I didn't stop
Did we fight or did we talk?

Ooh, I'll be the one who'll break my heart
I'll be the one to hold the gun

I love you more, I love you more
I don't know what I knew before
But now I know I wanna win the war

No one likes to take a test
Sometimes you know more is less
Put your weight against the door
Kick drum on the basement floor

Stranded in the fog of words
Loved him like the winter bird
On my head the water pours
Gulf stream through the open door
Fly away, fly away to what you wanna make

I feel it all, I feel it all, I feel it all, I feel it all
The wings are wide, the wings are wide
Wild card inside, wild card inside

Ooh, I'll be the one to break my heart
I'll be the one who'll break my heart
I'll be the one who'll break my heart
I'll end it, though you started it

The truth lies
The truth lied
No one knows

And lies divide
Lies divide

Uggg. Pneumonia, my nemisis. He picks on us smokers, especially. (Not including you in the "us" I know you don't smoke) I have to battle him every winter, one day the evil ba$tard is going to win.

Do they have you on a load of antibiotics?

Well, it probably doesnt help
that i smoke pot almost every day.
'Course that's been put on hold.

Ugg..
10mg Prednisone
And an inhaler

But I am so suspicious of all that stuff, and wonder if I wouldnt be healing a lot quicker on just my raw foods diet. I'm drinking a lot of herbal tea (different stuff recommended for respiratory ailments), water with lemon, and munching garlic cloves a few times a day, which some naturopath I read about said she used to cure herself of pneumonia in two weeks. By all accounts, I'm making remarkable progress, but, man, I'm ready for this sh-t to end. Thanks, Gypsee.

[edit to add: I actually threw away the inhaler and stopped taking the Prednisone two days early. F-- that sh--! I've been juicing green-leafed vegetables and eating only the healthiest, mostly raw, stuff. My energy is back and I feel good, just a slight cough and my voice is still kind of deep and throaty, but other than that, I feel good.]

I wasn't going to say anything cuz I didn't want you to stop taking something you were supposed to, but since you did anyway....
predisone sux az.
I took 9 pills a day for 9 months. I gained 30 pounds and wanted to kill everyone in sight. I had a huge fight with my rheumatologist about it, and she said I had to wean off or it could kill me.
I threw the bottle away in her trash can, and fired her. She later left the practice, I can only imagine why.
But I do get a shot of it in my booty once every three months, I have too for my lupus/rheumatoid arthritis, or I can't move.
It's not bad at all in a shot only 4 times a year.
But glad your feeling better anyway!

You look better with the short hair, your ex is gorgeous, wow, and I think the long beard (with short hair) might suit you too.
