I haven't read the entire thread, but here's my answer for the 1st post:Virgo AC, with Mercury in Aries/8th house. It's conjunct Aries Venus/Moon/BML (Sun is also in Aries/8th house), and trines Uranus in Sag/4th house. I'm very into communication/understanding feelings/emotions of others (as well as talking/understanding about deep 8th house related issues). IP: Logged |

Hi Ami. My Jupiter trines my Sun, Mercury, Chiron (loosely), sextiles my Moon, squares my Pluto, North Node and MC.I'm constantly battling my weight. The day you replied I decided to go on a strict diet. It's too easy for me to gain weight- as if in the blink of the eye I've got more than I want. Until recently, I didn't realize that I had been denying myself of basic pleasure just to get to whatever was next. It's a hard habit to break.

Scorpio Ascendant-Pluto conjunct ASC, in the 1st. I suppose I'm super scary to those who meet me for the first time. Most of my friends have told me they were obsessed with me, or they thought I hated them, or that I was so intimidating it rendered me socially unapproachable. These things, on one hand, are difficult to ingest, as I do not intend to give off such a mean, hard vibe. But, quietly, on the other hand, i enjoy hearing those negative comments, as it makes me feel dark and powerful. I am a very selfish, self-absorbed person, i think. I often feel like a bad person trying to be good. No matter what I do, it has an ulterior motive, a super-objective. It hurts my heart that I am this way. I am very self-aware, but I obviously am lacking since I don't give much thought to how strangers are examining me. If I speak with you, I will react and direct the conversation according to your body language clues. Oh my, meta... my cousin actually has that placement, but she doesn't look or seem scary at all! or intimidating or anything of the likes. She is stunningly beautiful, though. That could intimidate people I suppose  ------------------

LOL! My cousin is very sexy as well, she's a natural beauty might be that pluto conjunct rising then I have found men with that placement who were irresistible, so I entirely get what you're saying there! Yum I suppose I could say I've reaped its benefits as well from time to time. That cappie mars guy I was referring to must have thought the same of cappie mars girls!
Anyway, we better leave it to Ami, because I get side-tracked so easily and I don't want to hijack the thread

I can't think straight tonight.
I keep trying to come back to this thread and I can't think.
Hopefully, I will work it out tomorrow that someone I love is OK.
I feel upset right now.
For me, so much of astrology is intuition. When I am upset, my intuition shuts down and I can't even made anything out of the charts.
Hopefully, tomorrow I will find out everything is Ok and I will be back to it.
I love this thread. It has given me so much joy.

I know four people with Scorp ASCs with Pluto conjunct the ASC. They're not that intimidating. I think it may have to do with Mars signs... the two with Aries Marses have the same hair color, height and build (they're both kind of sunny looking). One has a Taurus Mars and is GORGEOUS (dark looks), the other has a Cap Mars.Anyway Ami, here's my chart  I wouldn't want a service job per se, I'd like to have more of an activist job, helping people in need, but not necessarily serving anyone. I've noticed that there are times when my social anxiety will take hold, and I'll find myself thinking, either here or away from the computer, "Oh, wait a minute. I can come off as intimidating or sunny/approachable, and I'm a Scorp asc (conjunct Uranus). I've had my share of attention, and sharp responses from people (likes or dislikes where I'm concerned).I was thinking earlier that there are times when I wouldn't mind coming across all dark and sexy, as meta described, but I'm just too clumsy for that. I was laughing about it with my mother, a little while ago - we both got a mental picture of me in that way (or trying to come across that way), and were cracking up; I'm the one who walks into things, trips over them, spills things on myself...
