I agree that asteroids can show many specific things, and I'm also very into asteroids. Yet the main objects symbolically represents the basic structure of human psychology while the asteroids represents specific themes, and it's important to not to forget that. That being said, each object represents a specific part of ourselves, that they can't be substituted by others (for example, having Moon-Moon compatibility doesn't give the romantic feelings a Valentine-AC conjunction gives, but Valentine-AC conjunction can't substitute the lack of Moon-Moon compatibility too - each aspect only shows what the objects symbolically represents). Relationships are complex.Will I ever experience love at first sight again with anyone other than the man who has his Aphrodite conjunct my ASC and my Aphrodite conjunct his Moon. No, I think not.
I do notice that I get into romantic relationships with men who have personal planets aspecting my Aphrodite conjunct Jupiter.

I also noticed that when I met that man, my progressed Vertex was conjunct my Natal Venus and his name asteroid was in opposition to that. He was Fate.Only the asteroids can show you this for sure. IP: Logged |

There was a long thread started here in February, all about asteroids, and whether or not they're important. Was it started by Valus/HSC? You'll probably find it through Google, if you're interested.

this may be somewhat of a rant.. I'm having a hard time understanding people here.. there is chiron and there are about 9 planets, one of which has been dubbed a dwarf and two or three more have been added to the mix for us all to work with, not to mention houses, aspects, angles, and that's without even considering the reading of synastry, composite or davison charts and you guys seem to concentrate and focus on things like eros, or psyche, or the centaurs... i don't understand it..WHY? i don't understand why there is more importance being put on these things when there is tons more depth that im sure we could all walk away astounded from if we take the time to dig into planets, their meanings, myth and history yet, that seems to be of no importance.. instead it's discussion after discussion about things that have never been written much about in history, making almost each and every single thread here total and complete speculation.. some of the threads may be valid but personally, i have a hard time taking anybody's i think... into consideration when they continuously confuse the word your with you're.. im sure there are people who would love to study these things and do their own research and every time i try to do my own, i eventually stumble onto a ll thread of these sorts.. just imagine if someone found these when they first get started on their way.. think of the confusion or the validity they may put on these words some of which are all b.s.. so seriously, kindly explain to me and everybody else who wonders, why some of these things matter to you and where o where, do you have any reading referring to it so that we may ALL benefit from tried and true knowledge not just internet chatter. there are more objects in space than there are people.. just something i think is worth keeping in mind, thanks.

LOL, funny reading about someone criticizing someone for mistaking "your" and "you're" and THEN go on to write horribly run on sentences and confuse "im" for "i'm". Just becuse someone doesn't use proper grammar doesn't take away from their intelligence so I don't appreciate people talking down to others because of irrelevant details.Some people just don't care.

really quick before i leave you wolves to destroy each other in this thread, there is a reason why i stopped discussing it and it isn't due to one or more trying to discuss the importance of capitalization.. i, refuse to have any discussion with someone who is bent on making excuses by enabling idiocy to the extent where they feel they have to go out of their way, to convince me, or anyone else, how they should still give merit to a grown ass person that expects to be taken seriously, when even after many, many years, they still cannot comprehend basic communication skills even after schooling.

Oh, I didn't know people could comprehend skills, I thought that was something a person acquired. Your sentences are horrible, learn to group your thoughts in clear sentences and to use periods before you go on criticizing people on their use of apostrophes.
BTW, I would rather speak to someone that can come up with brilliant thoughts and write horribly than with with someone that uses proper grammar and intellectually stupid. Writing can always be corrected, the ability to form BRILLIANT and GENIUS thoughts is something that cannot be learned.
