Compassion is so much easier with a little bit of space. That is why we are really letting ourselves in for suffering when we wrap together love and social working. It's sweatier than a gnat's knackers here - and where is the Sun? IP: Logged |

Man, I remember reading that at the time Peri posted it and feeling VERY uncomfortable as it touched on things I was experiencing with Pisces at the time, in terms of me being very scared of being abandoned, and constantly denying his commitment to the relationship in order for him to give me more attention. Very uncomfortable reading indeed. It was sometimes not without foundation (his ex was on the scene and I didn't know in what capacity) but I dealt with it very badly. He has choices. I don't feel that way now, although I am aware of it and curb tendencies to be neurotic. I'm not blaming Australian Wifebeater for everything (as I said on the jealousy post I knew what was happening from day 1) but the experience robbed me of belief in my own judgement. And I was scared of Pisces and the power of my feelings. Life's weird huh? Got to try and be mindful of your own past baggage in everything you do. Your own mindset and how it can trip you up. Wifebeater is suffering truly. He has apologised for his dreadful behaviour. Which is great but I'll never be friends with him. IP: Logged |

A dry heat with baking sun is pleasant - this isn't. I just paid a quid for a can of coke - stuff the economy drive. Bought the film Australia to watch over the weekend. Don't anyone tell me what it's like, I'm going in there blind. Blind with just an inkling of imagination to suggest what Hugh might look like with a substantial part of his kit off. IP: Logged |

I can understand that wheels. Reading that post was really like this checklist for me. I sat there going uh-huh mark that off, next, yep, yep. Really unsettling. But I love how it describes love and obsession as being different things. Thanks bm. Hopefully it will be received well. Umm - 30 degrees you say! I'm going to be an annoying Aussie here and say that that is a normal summer day here. It is hot, but the only time it gets a complaint is the first time of the season and then it's the norm. Oh, and for a moment, I'm going to say something really un-Australian. Hugh Jackman really does nothing for me. I don't know why. I mean, I can look at him and think yeah, really hot looking guy, but that's it. I don't want to bed him or marry him or have his children, etc. There's something missing about him for me. I agree about Hugh Jackman. I think he is boring looking. He looks like a boring version of Robert Carlyle, who I would shag in a heartbeat.I don't do hot. I cope very badly. This office is airless. I don't think I could live in Oz because of the heat. I'm also allergic to my own sweat. Huge itchy rash every day in summer. IP: Logged |

Oh, that's a shocker. Yes, drying sweat does make you itchy. Or am I just speaking for myself. If so, that's too much information then.I'm not a fan of heat. Humidity is what I can't stand though. I really empathise with that one. In summer, when you walk outside, it's like hittings this hard wall of heat and humidity. You get out of the shower and you're still sweating. It's horrible. Don't think I'd shag either Hugh Jackman or Robert Carlyle. Robert's an interesting fellow. Like that he never goes far from his family. IP: Logged |

You guys talk a lot! (300 posts overnight, I mean!) (maybe I should have put this on the argument Godzala) I'm moaning about Godzalas. I always catch them at around a coupla hundred of posts and thus never have energy to read them, and I can't even skip a few posts coz on the first Godzala I did that and got totally lost. Anyway, I was just messing with you lot. I'm just saying "Hi". Have fun. edit: Sorry. I saw that the atmosphere is a bit sombre. Apologies for my insensitivity. IP: Logged |

It's weird how some people can make you feel ill over the internet. Something a bit off there, I think or feel or whatever. Anyway. Murray is on the court in a couple of hours, I shall torture myself watching that and then off for my weekend away. Kisses to everyone! IP: Logged |

Hey bm Way off, definitely. Enjoy your weekend away. Tell us all about it when you're back. Sun, sea, sand, slipping bikini bottoms? Or snow, skiing, warm fires and stuck zippers? IP: Logged |
