If you want that reality, That is, the butterfly effect reality. Then put all your energy into it and you will have what you want.

But I would not advise that, I would hope you have more smarts to want something better.

Again, we have natural chaos, and unnatural chaos.

Which is the exact reason the religions that watch over this knowledge, do not like people using drugs that can give access to this knowledge, without the individual knowing what and how to handle it. It is irresponsible, degenerate behavior.

That is the basic process. Humans have safety nets, The universe... not so much.

Things are expected out of you from the start.

As far as insomnia is concerned, I have been in flow during much of our conversation, listening to music mostly, I will go to sleep, wake up in three hours ready to go.
