Forgive me , but i am not aware wats this rainbow diet (i hope thst wat its called)]

What are its benefits? is it for weight loss, health or does it lend some engimatic appeal when followed.

How many days should it be followed?

Hi jani_jean

We are following the rainbow diet

You can read this up in Linda Goodman's Star Signs in the chapter Forgotten Rainbows

this site gives an idea of what is in the book
http://abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/24154/

this is only a partial notes of what Linda Goodman has written in the book

The other half of the notes have been left out, so please buy the book and follow it

I reiterate, it’s important you don’t follow what on the website alone (if you choose to do the diet), that is only an idea of what is there in the book.

Good luck

Niveditha

Hi Nive,

Great to know how its working with you!! Congrats on that!

Im yet to buy the red glasses, too busy these days, could not go get it. But using the same : pearlpet - red cellophine cover, but this time i see to it that, it will be exposed to the sunlight the whole day.

How about the bulb, did you happen to check in Prism Lights or JP Lights?? Please lemme know.

sVirgo,
Hope you doing good...

Hi jani_jean,
Welcome to this topic
As Niveditha mentioned, you can get a clear picture of this diet in Linda's Star Signs book.

Nive, have another doubt,
Is upma allowed in the diet???? The rava we use is made of wheat, if I am right so I assumed it should be fine. Please clarify.

Love,
IndyCrab.

Hi everyone!

I am glad to see Niveditha, your progress. Sometimes it can happen a delay in time, keep going, it's fine.

I had to stop red light on Tuesday because everyday I was out for interviews and returned so late. My luck did not work last week, even though I was at the last stage of interview, but lost it in final stage.

So may be I can start it back from tomorrow, so it will again start from day 1.

I like all your meals, very simple and goes well with red light.

Thank you!

Hi Indycrab,

Yes, you can have upma, it is of sooji. Even though it is not purely wheat but it is not white flour.

Thank you!

thanks sVirgo...

i get really annoyed when my color bath gets delayed

sorry to hear about the interview, keep it up and you wil get a break

semolina (sooji or rawa) is allowed in the diet

dont garnish the upma with basil or black mustard

I have added pasta with tomato and cheese sauce to my food list

HI gals!!

sVirgo, wish you loads of good luck.Hope this week turns out to be lucky for you.

Nive,
im yet to get the glasses, but doing it honestly with my pearlpet-red paper.

My diet going good,
it includes idli-sambar for breakfast
rice-rasam for lunch
and mostly water melon for dinner. But im not able to have these without mustard, assuming that the whole portion of red is more when compared to the black seeds, im going with it.

My kidneys and bowels are working vigorously these days :P
coming to lost inches, i do find some difference, but not as much that others can notice it. Hoping for the magic to materialize soon....

Abrakadabra....

Hi,

Thanks Nive, I did go through that thread, but Linda mentions about Alluminium atomic structure being altered to get the purple plates, but sVirgo talks about Iron. Confused here...

Same happened with me, so I set timings for the red light imagining booster both the times when im on bed, immedietly after waking up in the morning and just before finishing off the day. Now i dont miss it

Is tender coconut(the water part as well the coconut part) allowed?
Please lemme know.

Love,
IndyCrab.

i have not checked my weight or inches

i am only tryng on clothes

but people around me are noticing that i have lost inches in some places, it is not phenomenal, but its slow and steady

i am only a person who really observes well can notice this difference

like when i started out, i was able to pull up my old pants (with a little struggle), then zip it, then button it and today the pants slipped right up very easily

so yeah, i K-now that this is working out for me

u also update me on ur success

sVirgo, wat about u?

keep it coming girls

Hi!

sVirgo, hope u doing good, loads of love and good luck to you dear.

Madam Nive seems to be all excited!!

I know its really difficult to make up with any diet when u r back home after a long time or when u know its the last few days you gonna stay in your home, both the times, it is difficult.

Me in the latter condition, since my wedding bells all set to ring this 27th, too much of pamperring and nourishing happening, so really not able to follow the diet. Felt it is better to stop it instead of breaking it everytime, ofcourse for a definite period, may be one month , max!

So Nive, how has the feed back been on the 'lost inches'?? Im sure you felt honored

keep it coming here,

Love,
IndyCrab

oooooh la la !

wedding bells? congrats girl !!

indycrab, i think its really the wrong time u have chosen to do the diet ...

dont worry, after the wedding u will put on some more weight - i dont know how, but people attribute this to being happy !

trust u me, i did not believe in it - till i put on weight right after the wedding !!

so in a way, its good .. let the bells ring and then u put on a bit of weight and then u do the color diet ...

yes, my sis with her ever sharp eyes told me i have lost inches... i really did not meet any one else, sneaked into the city and i am gonna sneak outta of it ... he he !

my diet is little out of the line and past two days i have done color bath 10 mins late ... but yeah, i am going strong on this

sVirgo, hope u r doing.. do drop in a line or two ...

take care girls ...
