quote:
"Vicious sister i must have been"
Make that two.

Maybe Ralph forced me to marry Julian in that life, so he could continue a secret affair with me, but then things somehow went wrong?
What if not Jude was part of this life, but Julian?
Could you feel a connection of that sort?

I`m just curious and wondering, because the moment the thoughts of a past life arose between us, the thoughts of Julian erupted out of the nothing.

Probably. I truly don't feel anything toward Jude, so it probably was Julian. We should ask PA what she thinks of him or if there is any connection there.

Then again, i don't feel strongly about RDJ... like, there is no pull toward him. He seems like someone i would admire, but overlook for the most part.

Colin Farrell or Christian might make me think. Those two lovers of hers would stand out more to me than RDJ.

So, when it all comes down to it, maybe Jude (for you) and RDJ (for PA) had nothing or little to do with me. I may have not even been in the picture at all.

quote:
"ou take all the J's and i'll take all the R's... D's... G's... and P's... am i forgetting anyone?"
Hmm, I want all the S`s, too. And we have to talk again about the P`s.
What about Paul? What about Patrick?
You do not really want them, do you?

No. You can have them. When i said Ps i was strictly speaking of Patrick Dempsey. I don't think i even like another person with P...

Oh, but when have to talk about the Js...

Jeremy Irons- yeah, you can't have him. PA & i already called him. And if PA didn't call him, well, i DID. So move over b1tch!

Oh, and there's another one- Jeff. You don't know him, but i do, and he's mine. He's the lead singer of a gothic band i adore (who i saw live and actually bumped into HIM!!! ) But never mind my groupie nonsense.. i claim him as part of Meta-Land. He has my logo branded on his @ss, but don't you dare check!!

One more in case you missed it..:

Notice the evident lack of muscle mass. Yes, this specimen would be the prime example of what we like to call the "feminine" look. A male who is exceptionally pale, delicate, and scrawny in appearance seems to have all of the necessary ingredients to cause a seizure-like reaction from female Metas. When a Meta spots a male such as this in the wild, she responds by immediately by clenching her fist, raising it to her mouth, biting her pointer finger and saying, "G*ddammmmmmmnnn....." Following such an occurance, the Meta tightens her legs and tightly presses them together so that her lustful libido doesn't not erupt and/or (on rare occasions) fall out of her body.
If you ever spot a Meta acting in this way, be certain not to interfere or disturb her. She will not thank you for that. More importantly, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, APPROACH THE MALE. You will be attacked instantly and met with a pair of razor sharp incisors that will gnaw on your face until you eventually die of blood loss.

Jeff's got Rafe's nose. Jeff also doesn't like the confrontational look in the camera. Not Aries rising then.

Maybe i have a thing for those types of noses?

No. Not Aries Rising. I asked him for his Birthtime and he said he didn't know exactly, but he thought it was a few minutes after noon. I put it at 12:05 and it gave him Gemini Rising, which i think works...

Last night I saw a short scene from "Room with a view" (thank god for you-tube) and it was the sexiest monologue I have ever heard:

"He's the sort who can't know anyone intimately, least of all a woman. He doesn't know what a woman is. He wants you for a possession, something to look at, like a painting or an ivory box. Something to own and to display. He doesn't want you to be real, and to think and to live. He doesn't love you. But I love you. I want you to have your own thoughts and ideas and feelings, even when I hold you in my arms. It's our last chance... "

This is maybe a bit silly, but the sentence in bold feels so sexy to me. It must appeal to my Aquarius Moon on some level, I guess.

Meta,

"And though you may say now that you would be able to deal with it, i know you wouldn't. Jealousy doesn't die, my dear. It may go dormant, but it never leaves completely."
That may be right. Yes, I WOULD feel a pinch of jealousy and sadness and feeling inferior, cause he chose you and not me. But I also know that this has more to do with me than with you. And I would find a way to deal with it, and I would not dislike you for being chosen. I would accept his choice. Not easily, not lightly. It would hurt. And the hurt would probably not go away so quickly, but I wouldn`t sit down and brood about it (except for some silent hours). I would be happy for you and crestfallen for me.

But the way I experience jealousy is more a kind of sadness and loss than really the raging kind.

But yes, of course you are right, and nI am pretty glad that I do have some nice synastry with him.

Meta,

"You're paying me a complement, but underneath it you're still complementing yourself. I "win" only because i'm vocal and you're not. So you're saying that if you WERE vocal the story might be different. "
I`m sorry that I make you feel t hat way. I really don`t want. There is no question that you are deeply passionate and there is no question that I am passionate, no matter how we express it.
But I don`t understand why should we compete about it?
Our ways to experience passion is certainly different, as we are different people, but I donīt think you are more passionate than me, nor do I think that I am more passionate than you.

"I don't understand. Why do you feel like you need to prove yourself. Or why do you feel like... i think that in some way you do feel inferior."
Yes, but I don`t feel inferior to you.
It`s more that I sometimes feel like I have deserted that girl inside me, that I have apparetly left behind so many years ago, to turn into a more "reasonable" functioning being.
So, if you sometimes sense some sort of "anger" or "frustration", it`s not you it is directed towards, I`m just frustrated with myself sometimes.

At this point in my life I realized, that both sides are a part of me, the detached and the passionate one, and both have a right to live. I just have to find a way to do that. And sometimes the balance between them goes missing. Maybe that is what you sense.

". There are off-handed comments that you make that lead me to believe that,"
What did I say that makes you feel that way?

"feel like sometimes you dislike me or the attention i am paid."
No, I do not dislike you. Definitely not. I may not always agree with everything you say. But that is okay to me. As I said people are different, and I really do not want to come across as condescent or something like that.

Actually, I like you a lot and enjoy your posts immensely.

Meta,

"There was a resistance from you, a hesitance that spoke volumes."
What did it tell you?

Yes, I hesitated thinking or speaking about him, because it`s difficult for me to put into words what my feelings exactly are surrounding him.
Also, they are pretty strong, and completely confusing.
He just touches a part of me, that feels very instinctual. And I`m not so good in exploring my instincts, I am better if it comes to things of the mind.

And the strange thing is, he himself, is such an airy, intellectual person, astrologically speaking. And those "instincts" feel very watery too me. Scorpio-watery. But maybe also with a bit of Cancer and Pisces.

A chilly november night in a dark forest. Mist is wafting through the ancient trees, which - huge and black - surround a glade.
The fullmoon casts her silvery shine onto the frozen grass, and in the distance you can hear the howling of the wolves.

This is what it feels like (if anything can feel like an imagery, of course). There`s something untamed, primal, raw and yet of a wild delicate beauty about it.
I hope you know what I mean.

Meta,

"so it probably was Julian. We should ask PA what she thinks of him or if there is any connection there."
Well, I think she said she had to give it some more thought.

But astrologically he would fit.
It seems that there are three spots in the chart, that are important in our connection.

Around 10° - 13° Virgo:
Your Aphrodite and Draco Venus
my Persephone
her SN
his (Ralph`s) Pluto

the early degrees of Aries with all our Deianira`s there and
my IC (5°)
my Pluto on 9° Libra
my Draco Karma on 6° Libra

your Draco Moon (8°)
your Draco Sun on 6° Libra

her Draco Juno on 4° Aries
her Chiron-ASC on 6° - 7° Aries
her Psyche on 9° Aries
her Uranus on 0n 6° Libra

his Draco Saturn on 9° Libra

The last degrees of Capricorn and first ones of Aquarius:

my Draco Pluto on 29° Capricorn
my Draco Aphrodite on 03° Aquarius

your Destinn on 01° Aquarius
your Jupiter on 27° Cancer
your Persephone on 01° Leo
your Draco Psyche on 28° Cancer

her Draco MC on 26° Capricorn
her Draco Eros on 01° Aquarius

his SN on 00° Aquarius and his NN on 00° Leo
his (Ralph`s) Draco NEssus on 29° Capricorn

And Julian kinda ties into this.

The Virgo placements:

his Destinn on 11° Virgo
his Draco Amor on 11° Virgo

The Aries placements:

his Karma on 07° Aries!
his Draco Psyche on 03° Aries

The Capricorn / Aquarius placements:

his Draco Destinn on 03° Aquarius
(his Draco Pluto on 24° Capricorn)

"Christian might make me think."
Yes, Christian Bale rings a bell for me, too. And not only because he has almost the same chart as this colleague of mine.

"Js..."
Okay, then, you can have all the JE`s, and I take the JU`s, agreed?

And I promise I will take the warning seriously and not disturb any META`S I see in action.

And now...

The Most Beautiful Man Ever

I think its the added element of genius that I find so captivating.

Its in the eyes. Well, its in the face, but, most distinctly, in the eyes.

Its a rare depth (and combination) of passion, sensitivity, intelligence and personality that I just dont see in the hollywood prettyboys.

quote:
The Thinking Woman's Bit of Rough

quote from: London Magazine, August 2005

quote:
Q: How do you like it when people talk about you as a sex symbol?

A: It's alright (laughs). I don't get up in the mornings and look in the mirror and go 'wow you're that sex symbol!' (laughs).

Q: Because you were voted like second sexiest man in Britain after Orlando Bloom.

A: Yeah, in Empire Magazine, after him! (laughs) I was pleasantly surprised. It's just weird that sort of thing.

Ah modesty.

If I did the list, you would be switching places with pretty boy Orlando. Not that I would kick him into the bathroom on a cold night, he's just not in the same league. It's a men and boys thing.

quote:

Q: What was that like, for a working class boy from Sheffield in the north of England, to express that artistic side?

A: It was quite difficult at the time, you know, because I was a welder and I was working with a lot of guys in the factory, welding fabrication. But you know I was still dabbling with art at the same time and I think that my father sort of knew that my heart wasn't in it. I worked at the same steel works as my father and I'd have been an average sort of welder but I just felt there was something else, something different. And I knew it even when I was a kid. But the reaction was quite strange when I said I wanted to be an actor, I mean my Dad was quite confused by that.

Q: Your father?

A: Yeah, and everybody else. It's regarded as a bit of a fairy-ish, sort of a poncy thing to do, you know, because this is like thirty years ago. But I was sure, I didn't really care, you know, I felt so secure with it. And it was good humoured as well. I can still go back home and they take the **** , you know. But it's good. I'd rather have it like that than people be too reverential and you, I can go home and I can just be with my friends and mates and I can relax with them. It's like I've kind of gone full circle really.

Try telling Rafe it's poncey!

The Gods sent a beautiful woman with the name Pandora down to earth to Prometheus.
She brought a gift, a box, with her, but was told to not open it.

Yet, Pandora couldnīt resist the temptation and opened it, unleashing all evil onto mankind.

*sighs* she should better have listened to reason.

Pandora sits on 17° Virgo in my chart (Draco 7° Capricorn exactly conjunct my Venus), which gives her / me the Sabian of

A VOLCANIC ERUPTION

and

A VEILED PROPHET SPEAKS, SEIZED BY THE POWER OF A GOD.

Julian Sands is in a Room with a View, is it that one?

I can't understand why girls are content to be treated like bits of fluff. I demand to be taken seriously. Mars in Aqua Square Ascendant.

BM,

yes he apparently was. I only saw this scene. God, he was so young.

I really love that quote. Yes, women are supposed to be more than just nice accessoires.

But I admit, if someone gave me an IQ-test on the first date, I probably would become suspicious. Or maybe not. I have been known for giving personality tests out shortly after meeting new people (not in a romantic context though). lol

Or asking questions like: If you were an animal, what animal would you be, and why?
And w hat animal would I be?

That's a great question for a date, quirky and humorous but with depth to it. I wouldn't object to that at all.

Mr bm asked a question about Norman Mailer and something else I forget. It is probably pertinent to point out that I was extremely drunk, and, well, not from a social background that prioritises knowledge of American literary works. Like Sean.
