Okay, I think it`s time for my coming out now.I, erm *clearing throat*, well, the thing is that I *looking nervously around* I have never seen "Star Wars". Not one of them. Never ever! There! I said it. *hiding behind a desk, and waiting for all the objects that surely will come flying* Oh and while I`m at exposing unpleasant truths about myself:
I`m not a big fan of "Lord of the rings" either. Sorry! I must be the only female on this planet who didn`t get the hots for Legolas (I thought he was so boring *yawns*). Well, he worked his magic on me as a pirate though. IP: Logged |

DD!!!!! Oh the shame No! I will not throw anything at you! No I will NOT! (screams spunky whilst arguing with her hand that appears to be holding a brick)
Your opinion about not having the hots for Legolas is ok, neither did I, he's not sexy in this movie....but secretly in love with a scottish dwarf. Now the real test of your womanhood is what you think of Aragorn my dear...dirty, wet, sweaty, Aragorn. Now off with you to the video store, PRONTO! U should be hiring the new star wars movies first considering they are a prequel U wont get lost.... Bad, DD, Bad. IP: Logged |

"Now the real test of your womanhood is what you think of Aragorn my dear...dirty, wet, sweaty, Aragorn"Nope. Just thinking he is a dirty, smelling man with all that dirt and wetness and sweat. Seriously, Aragorn is nice and handsome, but doesn`t set my heart ablaze. However, give me Boromir, and I`m reduced to a wobbly mess, no longer able to form coherent sentences. IP: Logged |

I saw the first one when I was 12 years old. I was already a sci-fi fan, and seeing Star Wars at the movies (I had only been to the movies a few times before), was just way too cool...!!!! So, you've missed the boat completely DD!!!! You had to have seen it in 1977 to really get bitten by the bug IMO, I think the 1977 Star Wars is the best one! In saying that, I'll be the one hiding behind a desk, and waiting for all the objects that surely will come flying IP: Logged |

Koi,I guess the reason I haven`t been bitten by the bug, might be that I have grown up in the house of "enemies". Not that my family didn`t like "Star Wars" - t hey couldn`t care less though. But my aunt, who has been growing up with me, was a huge fan of Star Trek, and so I guess I got bitten by THAT bug instead. Not instantly though, actually it only showed effect, when I developed my interest in Deep Space 9, which might or might not have to do with a certain Doctor who has the most beautiful eyes in the whole universe. And back then he had the most softest and wonderful british accent. However, I have seen parts of the first Star Wars film, but switched it off, cause I thought it was pretty boring. Sorry. I consider giving the new ones a chance, though, even if it is probably only for Ewan and Hayden. Yes, I know I probably missed the point why Star Wars is great completely. Sue me! IP: Logged |

OMG! Need oxygen. ***PA starts to hyperventilate*** How is this possible? You don't know who Obi-Wan Kenobi is? You don't know that they say, "I have a bad feeling about this", in every movie. You don't know that Darth Vader is really Luke's dad and that Leia is his twin sister? You don't even know who Luke is? You don't know, "May The Force be with you"!!!!!!!!!! OMG! Okay - well, that's about the gist of it in about three seconds. You don't need to see them now. Oh, DD, as spunky said, "the shame". Oh, the shame. Who will think of the children? Won't anybody think of the children! I'm quite distraught. IP: Logged |

LOL AS a matter of fact, I do. I do know all of that. I guess, mainly because I have watched "Spaceballs".
Don`t know why I know it though. But I guess it has been repeated in the medias so often, that I kinda couldn`t ignore it. IP: Logged |

You know that you're in deep **** when you're raiding the lolly jar and you're going for all the last resort lollies - like the yellow ones, etc. Okay - so all the red ones are gone. Green ones, gone. Between the yellow and orange ones - eh! Whatever! IP: Logged |

After your post I did some soul searching on my lollie preferences so here they are;1. Allens snakes only red & yellow ones. 2. good old fashion boiled lollies have been a fav since childhood - don't like the black & white ones though. 3. Popping candy - what an oral sensation, I got some chocolate balls this xmas that had the popping candy inside - it was divine!!! IP: Logged |

OMG! POPPING CANDY! Yes, yes, yes! And Allen's Snakes? Once upon a time I would have agreed. But since having children we have switched to The Natural Confectionary Company and they are just yummy! Such an intellectual creature - all I could pull was "yummy". Lets see if I can tempt you. Spearmint leaves? IP: Logged |

Really? Twice! I moved away from Astro because it was b1tchy. Have only recently gone back with some fervour. Passion for astrology reignited. I stay away from threads or topics I don't like. You kind of get a feel for where they're going sometimes. Some topics I just don't get at all. Best to keep out. Meta's thread is interesting. But, of course, she's in my thoughts and I'm wondering how she's going with it. IP: Logged |
