Ohhh, sorry, I got distracted and confused, please ignore my previous post.I see what you're asking now. So to answer your question- No, with the women whom I felt I had potential for a deep connection it seems we've grown apart and that initial collision of souls has waned so much from neglect that I don't feel I can connect with them anymore. Maybe it would come back if we invested in time together, but I don't see that happening IP: Logged |

So what about yourself? If you seek the same things I do, have you ever found a great soul connection, or at least felt the potential of it?IP: Logged |

Sorry! I'm here! The French Lieutenant's Woman is on and i'm a HUGE Jeremy Irons fan so, i couldn't resist Ok, yes, i know what you mean. And since you didn't feel that a romance between you and those females was likely to happen you've kind of let the feelings go dormant... Yes, i have actually tasted the soul connection before. But that's a touchy subject, so i can't really talk about it here. But i've only felt it once. Like you, i have spotted individuals who i know i could have a deep connection with... however, those few men are taken. So i let it boil beneath the surface instead of acting. IP: Logged |

Interesting synastry. My Pluto is right on your Sun/Mercury- am i drawing deep, dark secrets out of you???? Hmm, Moon square Venus- that's a baddie. Sorry about that, i'll try to keep it under control! A lot of my planets are spread throughout your houses whereas your junk is mainly in my 1st & 12th. Interesting... IP: Logged |

You may be able to pry secrets out of me, but you haven't yet. Don't worry, I don't feel interrogated at all. Yeah, there are a few troubling aspects there. The 12th house has never treated me kindly, and we both have some planets falling into the other's 12th. Our composite has Venus/Jupiter conjunct in the 12th, square a Moon/Uranus conjunction in the 3rd... that troubles me. IP: Logged |

Sorry to butt in here....>MVM ~ I wish you would cook for me, anything with goats cheese or camembert would go down a treat. Spunkini ~ in truth it is just me and my rose-tinted glasses thinks mr bm looks like Olivier Martinez. Similar kind of thing, just after being bashed with a couple of golf clubs. Carry on kids, I feel like I am intruding.

Meta:The Venus/Jupiter 12th Sq. Moon/Uranus 3rd looks like deception to me, but I'm still inclined to follow chart-to-chart comparison more than composites. Our Suns falling in each other's 1st house is interesting. I imagine that might cause more of a power struggle than understanding for a Leo and a Scorpio. Add your Mars oppose all of my Scorpio, and it seems like potential for control issues. Control/power and deception appear to be possible negative themes to me. I'm not sure what to make of your Pluto in conjunction with all of my Scorpio business. On the positive side: -your Moon falls in my 7th and conjuncts my Desc -your NN conjuncts my Desc -we have Moon/Moon, Venus/Venus, and Mars/Mars trines (though perhaps slightly wide) -your Merc trines my Mars -your Venus trines all of my Scorpio. -your Jupiter trines my Venus and makes a wide trine to my Sun and Jupiter IP: Logged |

They must have rented a room somewhere. Anyway, I just want to throw this one out into the ether, a little thought about men and their primal instincts. I'm not talking sexual here, not at all, I'm talking those competitive urges, that kind of deep-rooted thing. Like if you are working with two males of the species on different projects, and they have this urge to prove that they are better than each other, although it doesn't really matter. At least if you are the average woman who just wants to get the job done to a standard. Of course they don't realise what they are doing with their chest-thumping Alpha male gig, it's only when you sit back and look at how it is all playing out. The other one I ponder is the hunter-gather thing. It took me a while to realise why my husband felt the need to show me his supermarket purchases instead of just putting them away in the fridge and cupboard like I would. It's the hunter, showing the wares he has caught, displaying them for approval. A trip to Sainsburys, savaging a gazelle on the savannah. Same difference.

And he's called my mother from the supermarket actually using the words 'I'm hunting for dinner' Sorry to bust in, guys....on my way out now. IP: Logged |

quote: I've always liked 40s for men. Nice age. Late 30s and early 40s. They kind of come into themselves at those ages. There's something very sexy about that. People who are comfortable in themselves and their values, having spent a lifetime finding them, building them, ******* up to get to them. It's just a nice age. Or maybe I'm seeing it that way because I'm not far behind. Either way - people who are comfortable with their selves - every part - that's very very sexy!
PA - I agree! SW - are you not in a relationship at the moment? I wouldn't imagine you being single for long. You seem to have a chick magnet look about you. Everyone - I'm back to work now - boo hoo, so my time here will be limited to probably 'read only', with the odd cheeky remark thrown at PA to keep her in her place. It's been lovely discussing, chatting, interjecting, and being lead astray...thanks grrls and guys!! IP: Logged |

Lady Blue Moon, I have something for you: I couldn't decide between the grilled peach and goat cheese crostini
or the goat cheese with the fresh rosemary: I'll leave it up to you to decide...I've yet to try the grilled peaches, though I am intrigued... If you won't eat it, I will IP: Logged |

Gerard ButlerOR Christian Bale: 1. Kiss 2. Romp 3. Conversation 4. Argument 5. Date ********************* This is too difficult. I will have to think about it later at work (if things are quiet). But number 4 instincts make me go with Butler. Less explosive as a combination. I am probably veering in this direction because of a recent embarrasing home accident involving banging into a chair whilst picking up a pair of shoes. It seems extreme to say I might have broken my nose but it certainly hurts, and I am having problmes breathing. At the time I screamed louder than when I gave birth. My kids thought I was joking. If it doesn't get better I will have to go to the doctor, I am really looking forward to that one. Coincidentally one of my friends recently suffered something similar, but his was from being punched in the face in a bar. Better not to get into these situations. The place he went is best avoided. bmYou should probably take yourself to the doctor sooner rather than later. And, uhh, may I suggest you "borrow" your friend's story as to the reason for your injury. Or better yet, just say you were having sex with Gerry Butler and things got, well, out of hand is not a good expression, but....... you know. IP: Logged |

O.K, I'll make an appointment tomorrow. One of the doctors there has a nice manner. I'll feel like less of a dork. My nose is naturally bent to one side, maybe I will get a free nose job out of this LOLOLOLOL IP: Logged |
