Have you read iqhunks Soul Mate Tips?Here ya go: Prime Set: True Node, Moon, Ascendant, Karma, Valentine, Eros, Psyche, Juno, Venus, Mars, Saturn and Pluto. Give yourself 10 points for every conjunction, trine or sextile from A to B or B to A involving prime set with
the other's Saturn or the Asteroids Karma,Valentine, Juno, Eros, Psyche. Give yourself 5 points for every conjunction, trine or sextile from A to B or B to A involving prime set with
the other's Moon, True Node or Asteroids Amor, and Union. Give yourself 3 points for every conjunction, trine or sextile from A to B or B to A involving prime set with the
other's Sun, Mars, Pluto or Asteroid Angel.
Points 50 and over means you have probably met your soul mate

The orb must be less than 5 degrees. If this rule is not met, (primarily due to not knowing birth times, sometimes due to mistaken birth times), then the

iqhunks also says..........go about finding aspects at below 3 degree orbs for all the above mentioned planets, points and asteroids. Sextiles must have only 2 degree orbs.

You made me curious about countries and their asteroids in my chart. 
America falls 2° before my 9th house cusp and opposes Psyche and trines Sun and Mercury. Hmm.
Austria falls onto 29° SCorpio in my 12th house and conjuncts my Valentine. I truely loved being there, especially in Vienna, which falls onto 6° Capricorn and therefore is EXACTLY Conjunct my Venus. lol
Well, I think there may be a love waiting for me in Vienna.
Ireland is on 5° Sagittarius in my 12th house. It is EXACTLY Conjunct Mars, also conjuncts Amor and ASC. Neat.
There is no asteroid for England, but I looked up London. London falls onto 14° Scorpio and is EXACTLY conjunct my Siva. So my divine (male) soulmate is somehow connected to London? Holland, a country I love very much, cause there I always find the freedom and peace I sometimes need, is on 27° Gemini in my 7th house opposing my Sun and Mercury. But also conjuncts my Nessus. So maybe I should reconsider the thing I said about peace?
Australia falls onto 16°02 Libra in my 10th house and it is EXACTLY trine my Moon and my Karma, which falls onto 16°01 Gemini. 
That is pretty close!
EDIT: Oh I forgot, my own home country, Germania, is on 17°34 Aquarius, exactly trine my Moon and also trine my Karma and Australia in my chart.

Interesting about Austria being conjunct with your Venus! I know a woman whose Okyrhoe (horse myth) is conjunct her Venus by 0*. Horses are her first love, her life-long hobbie, her part-time livlihood.
