Glad to hear it. Breathing difficulties is concerning.  You know you're not doing too good when the staff from the local emergency ward greet you in the shopping centre. I have an irregular heartbeat which causes some trouble sometimes. Have to go to hospital after certain amount of time in an episode and have medicine administered to bring it back to a normal rate. It actually stops my heart for a moment. Strangest feeling you'll ever encounter. Freaky. And ******* scary. You're heart is not beating and you're awake and conscious of it and you're waiting for that first beat to kick in. And when it does it's like your chest is being stomped on by a herd of elephants.
