This is Madness!!! Only a few of you understand the combined importance of logic and reasoning with emotion and feeling; a balanced perception between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. It seems that a greater portion of you are going to believe whatever you want to believe just because and don't feel the need to verify your claims with any degree proof. How can I respond to that? I am deeply concerned about the sanity of the majority of this community and since there is no reasoning with the insane, I guess all I'm really trying to say is that, I personally, have NO COMMENT.

"An NLP expert can tell in 5 seconds whether you are lying or not. Truthful people pass every lie detection test [Body Language, Eye Movement, Voice Pattern Change]. They will pass it consistently."

You spoke of consistency, there is something called "internal consistency". A liar or fabricator will mix up the details in every recall of the experience. Truthful people get it right all the time. My cousin recalls every detail precisely. I love it when his eye details match up like textbook NLP when he recalls the events."

I am posting something from Social and Emotional Problems Related to Dyslexia by
Dr. Michael Ryan. It's at International Dyslexia Association site.

Dr. Michael Ryan is a psychologist with a
private practice in Grand Rapids, MI. He
specializes in working with people with learning disabilities. A dyslexic himself, Dr. Ryan is a past president of the Michigan Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (IDA) and a former national vice president of IDA..

The dyslexic frequently has problems with social relationships. These can be traced to causes:
▪ Dyslexic children may be physically and
socially immature in comparison to their peers.
This can lead to a poor self-image and less peer acceptance.
▪ Dyslexics’ social immaturity may make them
awkward in social situations.
▪ Many dyslexics have difficulty reading social cues. They may be oblivious to the amount of personal distance necessary in social interactions or insensitive to other people’s body language.
▪ Dyslexia often affects oral language
functioning. Affected persons may have trouble finding the right words, may stammer, or may pause before answering direct questions. This puts them at a disadvantage as they enter adolescence, when language becomes more central to their relationships with peers.

My clinical observations lead me to believe that, just as dyslexics have difficulty remembering the sequence of letter or words, they may also have difficulty remembering the order of events. For example, let us look at a normal playground interaction between two children. A dyslexic child takes a toy that belongs to another child, who calls the dyslexic a name. The dyslexic then hits the other child. In relating the experience, the dyslexic child may reverse the sequence of events. He may remember that the other child called him a name, and he then took the toy and hit the other child.

This presents two major difficulties for the
dyslexic child. First, it takes him longer to learn from his mistakes. Second, if an adult witnessed the events, and asks the dyslexic child happened, the child seems to be lying.

Unfortunately, most interactions between
children involve not three events, but 15 to 20. With his sequencing and memory problems, the dyslexic may relate a different sequence of events each time he tells the tale. Teachers, parents, and psychologists conclude that he is either psychotic or a pathological liar.
http://www.interdys.org/ewebeditpro5/upload/Social_and_Emotion_Problems_Related_to_Dyslexia.pdf

any ways...I posted the above stuff to make a point that neurodivergents are hard to pin down when it comes to communications and social interactions and that you can't always tell a person is being dishonest by speech patterns, body language as well as having problems with details, sequence when it comes to recalling things.

I know this personally, and so do many other neurodivergents.

Neurotypicals need to understand that.

Neurodivergents can't be judged based on the biases, perceptions of neurotypical majority.

Right now I feel like here are several different isolated monologues going on. It is actually strange to watch.

This is not meant as a judgement of ANY of you, just an observation from a bit outside it.

Polo,

if I understand you right, you want to find a way to PROVE that twinflames exist and if they do exist, find a way to be able to (scientifically) recognize them without a mistake. (Please correct me, if I got the wrong impression)

Right now, I don´t think that it can be done. Of course that is only my opinion, and my inability to notice the patterns (if there are any) doesn`T mean there are none, but that I just can`t see them right now, and therefor I can`t give you or even myself any kind of proof (based on our five senses).

BTW I was thinking about that question you asked the other day; I think you asked to say how we would see ourselves regarding knowledge (or was it God knowledge?) on a scale from 0 - 10.

I didn`t respond, because like Glaucus I just couldn`t say.

But I was thinking about the reason for my inability to say if I am a zero or a three or whatever.

And I think I have found two reasons for it:

1st.

All the numbers are in relation to the highest one, 10; so if we see ourselves somewhere on that, we see our own knowledge in relation to God`s knowledge.

But since I am not God, I don`t really know what God knowledge includes, and therefor I can`t compare it to myself.

The second reason is maybe a "vague" one, but it is important to me.
I don`t consider myself as being a "Knower", instead I consider myself being a "Seeker".

I seek the truth (for example in astrology; what astrological aspects are truely valid for a certain kind of interpretation?), and on my way to the truth, I pass some knowledge, and I integrate it. Sometimes I will have to modify things I thought were true, because they just didn`t work (for example: the Magi astrology sais that Chiron conjunct or trine Venus is the sureshot sign of your soulmate, who will always treat you like a princess /a prince; nice idea, just it doesn`t fit reality).

And again I have no clue where I stand on this "seeker-spectre", because I have no idea how far the goal, truth is away. Probably it cannot be reached anyway. But I can come closer to it, as I was before, eleminating some doubts, questions and illusions on the way. And THAT is what matters to me.

So, are you saying that from your experience Venus / Chiron is an unreliable indicator of Soul Mates? If so, what about Juno... How do you feel about her as an indicator?

I love your response to the question.

I don't like telling people that I know stuff. Even with Astrology, I don't like telling people that I know it. I tell people that I have studied Astrology.

how do I know if I know Astrology which is considered a pseudoscience by scientists with word, science coming from the phrase "I know" which interestingly is the keyphrase for Aquarius. Especially, now I am growing more skeptical of mainstream Astrology to the point of completely diverging to the point that I develop my own Astrological system and won't even call it Astrology just like Reinhold Ebertin didn't call his system Astrology, but called it Cosmobiology.

but yeah....a lot of people think that they know stuff, but they don't necessarily know stuff. A lot of people think that they don't know stuff, but they do know some stuff. The perceptions of level of knowledge is relative. It can be based on what constitutes knowledge. These attitudes are prevalent in many people that in organized religions and scientific. I won't say all nor will I say most. A lot of people that are not in organized religions and science fields also have those attitudes.

Why all this talk about Knowing? That wasn't the question I asked... I asked you to tell me where you think you might place on the scale, that's all. It's just a simple exercise. Whether you guys realize it or not, the reason that some were so reluctant to answer that question was FEAR. Fear of being wrong... Fear of being made to look foolish by others... Fear of tarnishing your image within the group. FEAR, Fear, fear... That's all it really is. You're so afraid of the question that you don't even see the question. It didn't ask What you Know, the question asked What you Think and of course, there is a big difference between the two

In every other instance when I ask for proof there seems to be no problem in giving opinions about what you think, but when I actually ask you to tell me what you think, suddenly you say can't do that without some proof. What in the world is wrong with you people? Do you converse simply to confuse things as opposed to clarifying them? Can any of you have a decent conversation without all of this apprehension and fear? Are you this way in real life as well? Pledge your allegiance to the TRUTH not to the Group and Fear not!

Don`t get all patronizing with me again.

I told you I can`t answer the question. And that is it.
I don´t have any thoughts about where I fit there. And quite frankly I don`t care.
Can`t you see how unimportant it is where I think I would fit?

Polo, do you ask fervently about the twin flame aspect because you have doubt that your woman is yours?

Is that why you ask? Just curious as you seem quite obsessed by this.

As for magi, I totally trust magi over normal astrology actually and no, Juno is not a soul mate or
marriage aspect!

Man please! Prove these gifts if you got em! You are fOS!!! Claim you are in the 5th dimension Lara? I am certain that you are on some sort of medication because there is no way that you are psychologically sound! You all run to aid and support one another in your sickness because you all must suffer from the same disease! Outcast because of it, but to stubborn to acknowledge it so you seek out others who will validate your ridiculous B.S. and call me patronizing because I know what it is... Foolishness! Go get some psychological counseling before you tell me you see dead people and ghost walking through walls. If if you have seen it, provide some evidence. I don't know any of you so why should I just automatically assume that any of you are credible. I could be talking to members who all reside in a looney Bin, how would I know? By some of the stuff you say I wouldn't doubt it.

And that is what I elaborated in the post above.

Hey Polo C,

please lay off DD

IMHO I believed that she gave a great answer to your question. Come to think of it, I believe that she gave the best answer. That's just my opinion.

Today,I told my shaman friend,Steve about your question. He responded that just answering it shows where they are at. He wouldn't have bothered to answer the question.

What I mean DD is that Magi in synastry using the Chiron - Jupiter/Neptune/Venus/Saturn/Uranus aspects show a better picture of the relationships ultimate staying power.

I see it clearly in Magi having been a member for 4 years than I do in normal synastry on here.

I like to use both systems though

I see that there is talk about Magi Astrology

I don't believe in it.

Chiron is a centaur which means that it's an asteroid-comet half-breed. These objects orbit beyond Jupiter.

In 1977, Chiron was the first one was discovered. In 1992, Pholus was the second discovered which proved that Chiron wasn't alone. It was the same year that the 2nd transneptunian object was discovered after Pluto which was discovered in 1930.

Before the discovery of the kuiper belt in 1992, it was widely believed that Chiron came from outside our solar system. It was thought that it was going to leave our solar system. The Astrologers that wrote books on Chiron even wrote that. Now, that's proven not to be true. The discovery of the kuiper belt shows that our solar system extends far beyond than what we previously thought. It's now thought that the centaurs actually originate from the kuiper belt which is also the source of comets.

Magi Astrology was developed based on Chiron being the only centaur. It ignores all the other centaurs including even Chariklo which is larger and brighter than Chiron. Chariklo is named after Chiron's wife.

If Magi Astrologers use Chiron, why not use all the other centaurs. That's how I feel about Pluto. If Astrologers use Pluto, why not all the other transneptunian objects.

There are a lot of centaurs in our solar system. How many?

Here is a list of centaurs from Zane Stein's site:

To put things in perspective, here is a list of the relative diameters of most of the Centaurs, to the best of our knowledge. These sizes may change somewhat, as more accurate measurements are taken:

There may be hundreds of thousands of Kuiper Belt Objects. A smaller subset of this collection, Centaurs, by definition, must possess a perihelion distance greater than that of Jupiter and a semi-major axis that does not exceed Pluto's aphelion distance from the Sun (originally defined as a semi-major axis less than that of Neptune, but ignored as definition of the bodies continued).

Well, I certainly don`t doubt the importance of Chiron in synastries (there is a new thread about it on astro 2btw), but I haven`t seen it to be "Cinderella-like" and some of the other stuff they are publishing, is not really reliable like Sappho meaning "fear" or Ceres being a "business" asteroid.

BUT on the other hand I remember I have researched the appearance of the Chiron parallels, conjunctions and trines to Venus, Jupiter and Neptune in long standing marriages. And yes, they appeared quite often; but just as often there were also Juno-aspects. No, I don`t agree that Juno is the mistress-aspect. BUT what I agree with is that Juno is indicative of much passion (this is in agreement with the myth; Juno was very passionately seeking revenge on her husband`s lovers).

"Thanks, Glaucus,

you really have knight-qualities, do you know that?"

hey...I grew up being fascinated with knights stuff and believe in chivalry as defending the honor of people. sometimes,I feel that I have too much of a knight mentality like the desire to "take out my sword and duel" hahahaha

"I appreciate it very much, that you support me."

I'd do it any time. I respect you a lot as a person and an astrologer. I am very sure that everybody else in this forum does too.

BTW where is the asteroid "Knight" in your chart? "

ummmmmmmm......let's create a new astrology thread for that. I actually have a very strong Arthurian Legend asteroid influence in my chart.
