So once I get your permission I will do it tomorrow and post in the forum once it's done. Re the ritual: Basically I have to do a short meditation, draw the Reiki symbols and think of sending you the energy while visualising, it goes for 15 minutes, that's basically it. My notes says to voice what I'm doing and to say the name and details of the receiver, so I will just use your username since I don't know your real name. Hopefully that will be sufficient

You may not feel anything. Some people may feel well-being/tingling but you may feel nothing. It will be interesting to see if anything happens, I have been wondering.

I asked that you receive it when you're comfortable. While doing it I felt warm and tingling in my hands. But then my attention wavered so I thought I should end it after a few minutes. So hopefully it helped somehow.

Edit: It might be a good idea to get a reiki attunement. I encourage you to read up on it and see what you think.

To get your level 1 attunement, I think it is most important to get it from a good (licensed and accredited) practitioner who you have a connection with. I think also a small group size. You can ask your cards who to get it from, that's what I did the second time.

I've heard people getting it online but I think it is much more powerful to get it in person. You will have to pay some money, depends on where you are.

Also, every genuine practitioner will tell you their lineage, who they received their attunements from because this discipline is passed from master to student, like a continuous line (lineage). Christine told me she had her first set of attunements but didn't feel much connection to that teacher. She got her Master attunement for the second time from William Lee Rand who she really liked. So that is why I stress if you do go ahead, to get it from a teacher who you feel is genuine and have a connection to. Rand has a website, you can google it. 7 of cups - 8 of pentacles - 3 of cups

I see that he is trying to decide on something, something that he should focus on mostly. I see that he may have some options in front of him and that he may not be able to decide at this point. The 3 of cups may talk about his social circle or the atmosphere around him, and what he is comfortable around in his life. But the 7 of cups can also indicate feeling confused on what he should put his concentration on (8 of pentacles), that may involve something that is his social network or something that involves him being social about. On the 3 of cups, it shows 3 cups together as if they are celebrating something.. maybe it may mean some type of ceremony or success after accomplishing something that was tough in his life.
