It's called 'Insight into the Present"

1. Present Situation: 6 of cups; this seems to be clear that in your present situation this card can be talking about the past or thinking about someone from past. If that is not the case, then maybe this involve your comfort zone and wanting to feel comfortable around people and your self, someone that you may already know. You want to feel like you don't have to be closed off, but someone to make you feel at home. I still think the past could be involved right now.

2. What's being ignored: Star; The card shows a woman sitting on a moon(?). I see this card as faith.. but I think what's being ignored is that you may have not been feeling hopeful recently. You may feel like something regarding the 6 of cups won't come true or the fact that nothing good will come out of it.

3. Obstacles: 2 of pentacles; The 2 of pentacles can be juggling or trying to weigh in on what you should do. Because of it being the number 2, I see this as trying to make a choice but you're not sure on what you choose. I see this as pros and cons regarding trying to make up your mind... I think it's hard for you because of this..you're probably asking yourself "Should I do this or should I do that?".

4.Advice: The hanged man; I pretty much always think of the hanged man as letting go and let things handle on it's own.. if it's meant to be then you should let it be.. and if it's not meant to be then that's a sign that you should pay attention to. The image on the hanged man shows a man hanging upside down just watching.. it does look like he's stuck but in a way, it just shows that sometimes there are things that you are not in charge of and can't control what the outcome ends up being. So I think the advice here is to let go and let things go on it's own.. let it work out on it's own.

5.Outcome: The magician; Well, I sometimes have a hard time with this card, but I will try to use the image on the card to help me. On the card it shows a man dressed as a magician holding a cup and sword. I see that those two things in his hands are tools that he can use to be able to make anything manifest with what he desires. So I do think you are able to have a desired outcome if you just use what you have in front of you and believe in it. It may take some work, but once the goal is reached, you are able to accomplish anything.

So I asked the leno if he would be at the party. I decided beforehand to do a simple 3 card reading. I pulled ring - man - scythe.

My first impression was no because I thought it meant the ring represented his being there (like an agreement, a commitment). So according to my triplet rules I studied, the first card is the noun, the other two describe it. So like he might try to be there but the scythe might indicate no? Like maybe he might not make it at the last minute.

Then I looked up meanings online and it said that the ring and man means a married man (or one in relationship) and the scythe and ring means a divorce. So I thought that was interesting.

I pulled a clarifier for scythe and got lily. Ring and lily could mean an affair.

Ring + man.. I don't think he is married.. I think ring can mean more than just that, but more so that it can indicate going in circles, committment, agreement like Magikaal said.. scythe next to man may seem that he will have to make a quick decision.. scythe may also mean canceling something. But with lily, I sometimes see lily as someone that is slow paced.. that sometimes isn't the type to rush.

With that being said. I still don't know on if it's a yes or no because the scythe can mean a quick decision or canceling.

But I'm terrible at yes/no's xD

Can you ask if me and E.L.W. have a soulmate connection? I feel conflicted as I keep being told a bunch of times that me and him do and we fit together.. but I don't know if I should believe. . I think you also pointed it out but still..
