First time got a muddled answer, like it's indicating difficulty (snake, book, paths) The second time I got a strong no. (tree, mice, fox). Is M having some issues with his health?

I'm not sure if the cards are also valid for a general reading but maybe I would use tarot for that to get a fuller answer. On the surface of it the cards look positive enough so maybe it won't be all bad.

Lily - enjoy your meeting with T, hope it goes smoothly.

Hi Awaken, it kind of popped when I saw the cards. Tree represents health and then the other two cards are descriptors. Mice indicates small, niggling problems, so I interpret that as problems with the tree (health). And fox could be referring to a clever, red-haired (fair haired?) man.
So some niggling issues with the man's health? And normally I don't like proclaiming things about people's health, but I don't think it signifies major things, just little things possibly.

I should mention that I've been studying Lenormand from a book and this 3 card spread is the one the author uses (there are more but I haven't got there yet).

Well just bear in mind I'm still learning the Leno system and especially with the 2nd question, I would find tarot more useful. Anyway this is what I got.

Do you wear glasses - Bouquet clouds Fox. Seems like a no according to the system although I thought the clouds could mean cloudy vision.
Repeated and got dog - cross - clover and fish - mice - letter. So I'm guessing no.

The relationship question. Key - rod - stork (rod clarified by coffin)
Looking at the playing card insets the Q of Hearts is looking at the Jack of Clubs. He is not looking at her. She's looking at him with hearts and he's looking away as though his attention is elsewhere. I think he seems indifferent to her. The presence of the coffin doesn't look very positive as far as relationships go. I'm not seeing a future between the two, going by this spread. Sorry it's not more positive! But I could be wrong of course.

I did a couple of redraws and I keep getting coffin, mice and rod/whip. Like it's indicating a 'stuck' feeling and possibly stressful news/arguments. Does any of this make any sense? (coffin - tree - mountain) and (letter - mice - rod). The tree with hearts is hemmed in by the coffin and mountain. With letter - mice - rod the Jack of clubs is looking at the mice and letter (stressful news from him?)

Going back to the original questions, my two cents. He might be slightly aware but it's not something he's paying attention to. I don't think he's uncomfortable. I think his attention is elsewhere. But hey I could be wrong.

For Known Q I drew Ship Key Dog which I would say is a yes.

For Unknown Q I drew Man Clover Clouds and Clouds is clarified by Key. I think this is a yes but the clouds might indicate some interference/delays. So I'm not sure how soon this is going to happen. (my two cents of course)

Clarification - I do have a Rider Waite deck but it's not the main one I use (I rarely use it). Is that what you meant, I think it is. So that would be correct.
