Topic: Racism in Global Unity

I joined today for the first time and headed over to Global Unity first. I was appalled at what I saw. Racist comments being made towards the user name Day Dreamer about her faith. This is not the Linda Land I wanted to join. I hope the person who owns this web site deals with this issue and the people involved. I am very disappointed. I don't think Linda would ever tolerate any racism on her web site.

Not worried about your user name, I said I found it odd that a new member would point something like this out...I didnt even notice GU for a couple months when I first joined...

So what you are trying to point out (Correct me if I am wrong), is that you never noticed Global Unity so no one else can? Now I can see why no one noticed the racism.

I think what we are trying to point out is..that you could be daydreamer under a new name..or a friend of daydreamer..there are moderators in each forum..to take care of racism..and you would really need to know the whole story in order to form a proper opinion. ... IP: Logged |

Heart, you are on of those I saw. You were saying bad things about her faith because she is a Muslim. Mama, it's not drama. It's racism. 2 different things. It should not be tolerated. Have you taken a look?

I guess..you wouldn't really believe what is going on, on this site???People here on this site should have only one user name at a time..to have more than one is a lie and is deception and goes against the Universal Laws.. How can we ever have Peace on Earth..when some can't even be honest here..

No, I stay away from that forum bc I firmly believe that religion should not be debated and so forth, plus I choose not to engage in all that DRAMA if I do not have to. Racisim is DRAMA unwanted DRAMA. the ppl that want to debate and invloved with that go onto that forum. Your new and I am not pointing fingers at you,but we are going to do our best to keep the peace over here so why don't you let whats going on over there stay over there, it will be dealt with over there. If you are truly interested in this forum out of compassion for ppl and Astrology I want to welcome you..There is alot to learn here trust that...

You have so much nerve insinuating all of our news (remember honey we get Satellite even in our rural counties where cows outnumber people) has been filtered through some kind of "Bush-Brainwashing Channel". How in the hell can you prove YOU aren't the one getting the filtered news? WE also have access to the internet, which has been proven again and again by all of us posting here and most of us posting articles and facts from a wide variety of sites. Unfortunately people such as the above mentioned DON"t want to admit that Terrorism exists in the Islamic world. I suppose they would be exuberant if we all buried our heads in the sand and pretended that the Middle East was an enlightened, peaceful environment- instead of the snake pit that it has become.
