While I appreciate the gentleness some people are using with you - I couldn't. I wouldn't have the patience to cater to your egomaniacal rantings. Never bite the hands that feed darling. If you have the capability to spew such vicious, vile venom to people you meet on the Internet - how the h*ll do you treat people who know you?

I've been a participant and reader of this forum for over 2 years. Lately it has become a hotbed of middle school mayhem.

Get a grip. If you can't calm down, find another forum. People like fayte.m may engage in heated discussions, debate and differences of opinion. But that does not give anyone license to personally insult and make broad character assassinations. This is a forum for people with similar interests to have meetings of the mind - not your personal blog. Seriously.

When I log off, I'm going to go play with my daughter, take my dogs for a walk and LIVE....this is a small, small part of my world. You should try to get a life yourself - maybe then you will have a proper frame of reference when you run across something you don't like.

BTW - posting deeply personal, highly dramatic musings on a PUBLIC forum invites responses. Try not to concentrate on WHAT the responses are, but the MOTIVATION of the author. You want acceptance and understand from the world and you seem to be a *very* complex person - try giving that courtesy to others.

If you don't want responses to your ranting and raving - write in a personal blog or something - maybe a diary.

I love peace just as much as any Venusian does, but I'm not sure I agree with you asking justu&me to delete her post. Perhaps justu&me was a little OTT with the "vile" etc, but this is the kind of response those such as DforD are going to get on a PUBLIC FORUM where no one *really* knows you, and if you attack -- meaning DforD's diatribe about Fayte -- and in whatever reasonable tone and however legalistic a fashion it was presented, it was still an attack -- it's human nature to defend or support (or be Switzerland). Doesn't matter if you're suicidal, homicidal, or whatever. People who don't know you won't take all your traits and baggage into account. And why should they?? Why should allowances be made?? Is it helpful for DforD to be isolated from the rest of us by you going (in essence), "There now, she's special and shouldn't be treated like the rest of humanity, we must handle her with kid gloves and MUCH more consideration....."

I agree with justu&me's "don't bite the hands that feed you" and DforD often treating LL like her personal blog. And especially:
