Three days straight at one shot and aiming for the same today.

Yesterday I almost budged and gave into the craving for anything and everything sweet. I didn't cave and proud of it.

Learning to try and not worry so much or become upset about things as much, such as rude, nosy people.

The goal this week is to find an animal shelter to volunteer at as I did in my homeland.
