I've been upset ALL day and the more the day progresed, the more upset I became (not anything to do about ma).The weekend was rough and today my sugar is out of control. I`ve had my own troubles and haven`t looked in either.

Thank you, ladies and don't fret.
It's each day at a time from hereon.

Today feels good and my mum is here too which is great even though she's stuffing me with tons of greens like spinach *gulp* and *drum roll* GREEN BEANS.

I could hear her talk to me but I couldn't respond to her or anyone. This was the worst relapse ever.

I need to work on controlling my emotions which is quite difficult for me, well anger to be precise. So, I'm going to sign up for kick boxing ASAP. It'll be a good way to release any pent feelings.

As Juni always says, "celerbrate your Life! " even when you think there is nothing to celerbrate. You life is a gift and it's precious.
