The first few days of cutting down on my sugar intake were the worst. I have been down this road before and would later give in as I have always felt that one should have the freedom to eat whatever they choose. I have realized that the only way that will happen is if I conquer this first.

Staying active and exercise have never been a problem as it has always been part of my daily routine. I have been taking natural supplements, eating healthy and munching on healthier alternative snacks.

I also have the love, support and encouragement of my sugar puff and family which means so much

I have summized that some people just can't be happy no matter what.It must be because they are not happy with themselves and thus have a need to interfer with the lives of others.Some thrive on daily drama, always looking for a fault to B#@tch about.They intentionally do things with ulterior motives attached.

I am much more content than before.The past has taught me many valuble lessons.
I am glad those lessons came to surface when they did.

I have been freed from the chains which bound me to the dust.Those chains turned into ash and I am no longer a slave to those particles that fed off me.

Everyday is beautiful, a celerbration of Life surrounded by rays of positive colors.

This past Sunday I spent the day at the children’s hospital. There’s a 5 year old little boy (let’s call him Urie) whom I am quite fond of.

Urie has been battling with leukemia for a while now..and says the most tear jerking amazing things.

Urie: I don want to be a grown up

Me: Why not?

Urie: Grown ups worry too much then they get old. I don’t want to get old *smiling
I want to live forever *opens arms wide and big smile face

Me: What will you do when you live forever?

Urie: I will teach everyone how to live forever cos then no one goes to heaven. Ma went to heaven and mommy cried a lot. And if no one goes to heaven then we all can be happy.

Me: Can you teach me?

Urie: YESSS! Close your eyes *closes my eyes*
*Urie places his hands on the top of my head* Now you mus say after me
I AM HEALTHY
I AM STRONG
ALL THE OLD PEOPLE GERMS GO AWAY!!

lLol he calls aging a germ. His parents have no clue where he comes up with these concepts but one thing is for sure…children are wise and we can learn a lot from them.

My GodMother lives in Kentucky, and I never saw her after the baptismal ceremony, I don't even know her name.!

They're at the baptizism then after that one never sees them again
Although my dad was Hindu and my mom was Christian, I was still baptized but I don't even know who the god parents were. I think I was just baptized for the sake of being baptized.
