I know exactly how this feels. People don't understand how hard it is to make yourself speak their language. There are days when my English escapes me and I wish people could meet me where I am, not where they are.

True. They don't realize sometimes you are translating in your mind and often there's a word or phrase you do not understand and then they get annoyed or speak to you slow and loud, as if you're deaf.. like that helps. Your English is good, though. In fact, I learnt some from you. Actually, while on topic, just recently discovered another word for soup - booyah - or something like that. :/ IP: Logged |

Booyah? That's what people say in exclamation. I didn't think it had another meaning. Hmm. IP: Logged |

Getting there, Juni, thanks. Did post the reason in LLC2 last week.Apparently, booyah is also slang used as an exclamation or something. It's definately a word I won't forget now. ------------------ quote: Remember, love can conquer the influences of the planets....It can even eliminate karma.

figures. I`d learn a new word just when it becomes uncool Try the soup;yummy!! Left over soup gets the broths of the separate cookings and thickened to make stew.
