In synastry with someone I have my Persephone trine his Pluto, his Nessus conjunct my Venus, my Nessus trine his Venus...

Where can I find out what all those aspects mean? I really don't know anything about asteroids ( or very little ):-D - what they represent, how they affect synastry between two people - this all is totally new to me. Any help would be great

I've found this :
http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/014837.html

But still, I'd like to know more about Nessus and Persephone, especially in synastry.

Spunky - Spanky,

"EVIL WOMAN!!!!!"
You got me! I am evil. I am a messenger of Pluto trying to lure you into his underworld. Or was that in that case the messenger of Gerry luring you into his cave, where he hides his disfigured face from the cruel world?

"YES because DD monkey say & spanky monkey DO!!!!"
That`s how I like it.

"Pluto conjunct Prosepine!!!!"
Of course. Did you expect anything else?
Who`s the mad woman now? lol

BTW who is Pluto? Him?

Oh - and that almost scares me - Rafe`s Pluto conjuncts my Persephone exactly. Eek, this Persephone doesn`t want to be abducted, at least not by this particular Pluto.

"f we ever cross paths we are just gonna forget the world around us & "do it" in front of the whole damn crowd."
Lol
I want to see that.

Nessus represents a very egoistical form of desire,t hat doesn`t really care for what the desired one wants.
This raw lust and desire can lead to posessiveness, jealousy, uncontrolled lust, manipulation, power play, even abuse or rape.

Nessus in tense aspect to Venus can mean that the NEssus person wants to posess the Venus-person so much, that he or she will not understand the word "no".
I have often read Nessus relates to abusive situations, but I must also say that it seems to appear in passionate relationships.
Celebrity example: Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis.

I think if there are mitigating factors it might symbolize a strong desire for the other person, mixed with jealousy and posessiveness, that feeling of "You are mine", but without the abusive twist.

It is almost official now. Pluto-Persephone or Pluto-Persephone is the numero uno planetary link confirming a soul mate relationship.

I checked 3 sure shot soul mate/twin flame relation ships. It is there, staring at me.
Venus-Pluto is not even half as strong.

wow IQ you really think so?? Like i said earlier in the thread i can really relate to Persephone/Proserpine archtype and this guy to me feels like the Pluto. He views me as "innocent" and "untouched" and well paints himself with the opposite. Not to mention I also have a very close and good relationship with my mum like best friends even like sisters.

EDIT:Although me and this guy have quiet alot of aspects which may suggest soulmate potential..i think this one nails it for me. I feel to familiar with the story almost attuned to it.

Meta,

I don`t want this. Believe me, pleaaaase?

(But maybe, since it`s Persephone, it`s not so strong?).

IQ,

that is SO exciting. I have always had that feeling that Pluto-Proserpine / Persephone might be a clue, but never dared to really believe it. I thought it was just my personal intrigue with the myth.

In those twinflame relatioships; what aspects were these? Only conjunctions? Which orb?

Well, basically the same questions as Lara posed.

Aqua Scorp,

yes, me, too.
It`s almost "humming" inside me, vibrant and vivid. Almost like something that is alive.

One more comparision with the mythological couples:

synastry:

Moon sextile Sun
Sun exactly novile Moon

Jupiter exactly sextile Juno
Zeus exactly sextile Juno

Inannen square Adonis
Adonis quinkunx Inannen

Pluto exactly quindecile Persephone
(I looked up the quindecile just on a hunch, but thought it was fitting here, as the aspect relates to obsession and Pluto was obsessed with Persephone / Proserpine)

Composite:

Sun-Moon-mp conjunct Venus, Siva and True Node
Siva square Kaali
Adonis quinkunx Inannen

Pluto exactly quindecile Proserpine

Davison:

Sun-Moon-midpoint exactly conjunct Psyche and True Node
(Jupiter exactly semisextile Juno
Zeus exactly semisextile Juno)
Siva exactly opposes Kaali

Pluto exactly conjunct Proserpine

Lara,

What do you mean? Onesided=?

"Paul and Linda McCartney have no aspect."
Yes, they have. In the Davison there is an exact sextile between Pluto and Persephone.

And in the Draco`s there is something "cooking":
his Pluto squares her Draco Proserpine exactly

his Draco Pluto sextiles her Proserpine exactly

her Pluto opposes his Draco Persephone exactly (there we have a VERY strong aspect)

Her Draco Pluto trine his Proserpine
Her Draco Pluto exactly quinkunx his Persephone

Well, Angelina and Brad have no such aspect in their DAvison. But the Pluto conjuncts Draco Proserpine (DAvison). Can you feel the shivers, too? lol

How long was your list?

I checked Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith, but so far I have not yet found anything in Davison for them.

8 couples already? And every couple had that aspect?

1) Well, my parents have it, too;
2) friends of mine, too (quindecile)
3) Angelina and Brad
4) Johnny and June
5) Paul and Linda
6) Johnny and Vanessa
7) Katherine and Spencer (exact semisextile; trine in the Draco)
8) Liz and Richard (exact square)
9) Paul and Joanne - nothing (but they had it in synastry)
And their Pluto-Persephone-midpoint exactly opposes Moon! (in Antonio and Melanies Case their Pluto-PRoserpine-midpoint exactly opposes Draco Saturn - mmh, maybe a hint to check for the midpoints, too? Or are we including too much here?)

Yes, I noticed that, too. No DW`s in tropical synastry. Maybe so the roles become more evident and also the chance for complimenting each other?

Have you looked at the midpoints of the Davison Pluto and Persephone / Proserpine in conjunction / Opposition to important points?

I don`t know, maybe we are looking at too many possibilities here and clutter the charts. But in the case of Paul Newman and JOanne Woodward it was very interesting.
