I think he was ****** off because he thought you slept with someone else and wanted you to feel like A. You had this disease and B. Now you had to tell someone.

Yep, I'd sue him. ESPECIALLY since you asked him to wear one and he said no. This is why I insist people wear them AND they have to get tested for ANY communicable disease before I am willing to sleep with them.

Diana-When we were apart he kept asking me if I was alright because I kept telling him I felt tired and stressed. When we met again, and he told me he had it, I felt like he had been thinking about it, or he read something, watched something on tv.. that made him feel guilty. But he also tried to make me share the guilt. I think he did feel bad. After this talk, he said how alcohol was actually bad.. Then I read somewhere that since Hep.B is a liver disease, one has to reduce alcohol consumption to a minimum. I hope he doesn't keep on doing this. IP: Logged |

First off, I would've had him wear a condom even if there was a halo around his dick. Second, I would sue him because I wouldn't want him to go around infecting other people. Also, she asked him to wear one and he said no -- that was a blatant disregard for her health since he knows he has hep. Also, I am not convinced he even has it now. If he doesn't, he put her in fear of her life to harass and annoy her, which is a criminal offense -- harassment. She had a responsibility and so did he, but he has more of a responsibility than her since he knows he is infected. FYI -- I would have him tested for not only HIV, but also hep, and any other disease, so kissing would be covered unless he cheats on me, which I can't control.
You have the absolute worst attitude towards women and rape and sex. You better be careful because karma, which you brought up will get you and knock you off your high horse -- and soon. He lied about something very major though, a disease that could have harmed you and yes the vaccines are affordable but it is annoying to get them over something that could have been avoided if he had been honest in the first place.I am not going to cut him any slack, someone in my family as Hep and she did the vaccinations/treatments all the while being honest with her partner. Sure some people were rude to her but it was more important to be honest for the people you care about then putting them in harms way. Yeah, I can agree that you could've been more persistant with protection/be more vigilant but the fact still remains that you were not aware at the time that he had any STD so he can still be made liable in court by the law if you are infected since he refused. I'd definitely go for the legal action since it seems that it's the only thing that'll make the irresponsible SOB wake up.
