ok once again, harsh saturn to sun aspects can manifest as the father dying at an early age. which she had and her dad did die, and she confided in me that she feared losing people she loved, and she was certain i would eventually leave her for another girl or die and it would break her heart. so ok her saturn squared her sun and her dad died and my saturn also squared all her personal planets and by her own admission she felt that she would lose me as well. i just dont see whats so hard to get about that.IP: Logged |

I've never seen that interpretation made anywhere on the internet or in a book by an astrologer. It's just hard for me to think one has to do with the other without just assuming we're making hypotheses out of thin air and thinking "oh well, this makes sense, so let's go with it." Maybe her fear was caused by some other aspect. It would be interesting to find out if it is the case that that kind of set up does actually cause that to happen. If any experienced astrologers could comment that would be cool.

i have saturn opposite my sun, too. My dad didnt die either. he was just absent for all of my childhood because he moved to another country to get us out of communism (which is a sun opposite neptune theme by the way, which i also have. you know the "saviour" of the family) and well now that he lives with me since i was 7, he is very distant and authoritarian and doesnt talk much or interact with me and my sister much. So the case of saturn negative aspect to sun = emotionally absent father still applies. haha------------------ Imagination is intelligence having fun. —George Scialabba $3.50 ebay compatibility readings | testimonials | Past readings IP: Logged |

Aren't you a Capricorn? Saturn rules your Sun, so you might not see an issue, perhaps. IP: Logged |

lord jesus, saturn trine venus and saturn trine moon are great aspects to have in synastry. Just because he has his sun in capricorn doesnt mean he wont notice the heaviness saturnian relationships. what is this MYTH. seriously! OK my best friend is a capricorn and she is in a saturnian relationship and she hates it ------------------ Imagination is intelligence having fun. —George Scialabba $3.50 ebay compatibility readings | testimonials | Past readings IP: Logged |

Yup my dad was in prison for years then died. Completely ridiculous that Saturn square sun did that. It's like thanks a lot. IP: Logged |

I am just tired of people saying things they're just making up out of thin air. I'd like for someone to show me where they read that capricorns have an easier time with saturnian relationships? I have read that uranian people love uranian relationships (positive uranus ones that is), nothing about saturn-heavy people liking saturn, though. Nobody likes saturn! IP: Logged |

By the way, YTA said "Saturn to Venus, Saturn to Moon." I only saw that post of his. I didn't scroll through the other pages to see what those aspects were, if they were even listed. I've never seen YTA's synastry chart with another, so why all the emotion from you if I don't what aspects he has with another? How about giving me benefit of the doubt? Thanks.

I, for one, am going to stay away from those. In fact, if my Saturn squares or opposes something, I most certainly NOT like the person at all. I noticed I am quite intolerant towards early Leos, Bulls and Aquas (0-5 deg or so) but they can grow on me if I let them. Maybe I shouldn't though... Got burned by a Leo sister, we had Sat sq Sun double whammy and the drama it developed into... I know they are growth aspects and all, but hmph I think I am grown enough lmao. Could use some fun aspects instead ^_^IP: Logged |

To be fair, you said he might not see an issue. So why not give the benefit of the doubt if you haven't seen his synastry? I think it would have been better if you asked for more specific aspects instead of assume that there was an issue. Just sayin'! Thnx. IP: Logged |

it wasnt aimed specifically at you, 12th houser. Perhaps since Saturn is the greater malefic, the taskmaster, etc.

Understandable, although it could be a case of hearing it from many different people, each of whom could be saying it for the first time. But since you're around so many of them, you might think you're hearing it "Again and again." Don't lose heart!
