Cate Blanchett's sun is conjunct my south node I think? I've never seen her in a movie but felt an affinity to her. Or affinity with her. (?) I've felt like she is someone I could connect with.

Hers was totally perfect! I think that's a Virgo thing, lol. When they do wear makeup, it is impeccable.

I only had on Burt's Bees tinted lip balm, lol. I probably shouldn't wear much more than that anymore... Also, my lips aren't very easy to define with liner, etc.

There are bigger things to worry about."

Yeah, I wish decent cloaks were cheaper and more available. I wear plain, gender-neutral clothes and I don't care for trends but I have a wish-list too.

1. Long, hooded cloaks: dark purple, dark green, dark blue, silvery grey, brown, black. Maybe something with a pattern. It would be nice to have a cloak like hers in my collection:

2. At least one short, hooded cloak. Red Hood style if I had to choose one. Combined with white pants and a big handbag

4. Spandex full bodysuits (these would be for indoor activities).
5. Something starfleet uniform-ish.
6. Tailcoat(s?) (18th/19th century style).
5. Bolwer hats.
6. Different kinds of coats including vintage.

Im short, I fancy the idea of looking like someone who walked out of a fantasy or science fiction movie or like a time traveller. But even if I could afford everything I want, I don't know how motivated I'd be to wear these things often. Perhaps I'd need to put some mental effort into changing my habits. I think eventually I'll try to upgrade my style though. I feel tempted to learn to sew clothes and underwear so who knows, maybe someday I'll have a full control over my wardrobe. Which I would like a lot.

And no, I don't have a Venus-Pluto square or other aspect. I'm still welcome here, right? *puppy eyes*

RTS, once we both get our cloaks we should go for a walk to a busy area in them. Let's add a leather, elvish outfit under, classical bows, elf ears, some wild but tame bird on the shoulder, very pale foundation, serious face and piercing stares I can imagine how amusing it would be for us. True that..! That shade of lip balm really suits you, though. Carrying off those darker ones is tricky - can easily go OTT.

I find myself looking at clothing I would have been too bashful to wear in the past. I don't think it looks improper - I got a small coat for Christmas, that is something I wouldn't normally wear, just because it looks slightly more flash than I am - and I now feel a bit weird when I wear it, but I plan to get over that. I liked it in the store, and was told it looked good on me (not by a salesperson).

My good friend from high school could transform herself amazingly well using makeup...I swear, people should hire her, she has such an eye for it. She's a Leo, I'll bet she has Virgo planets....I need to check.

Really? I never would have guessed you could get that much saturation from Burt's Bees. I always want to try them but they're so expensive and when it's off, it's off. You know what I mean?

I have this lip shine called Black Honey from Clinique, which, they say, is their bestselling lip stuff of all time. It kinda morphs into the right shade magically, like a mood ring for the lips. I've only ever worn that one since college, and only the barest hint....

Cuz I just don't think I can do glamour. It's just "a bridge too far." LOL
