I liked it in the store, and was told it looked good on me (not by a salesperson).

It makes me sad when I look around at the things I could have had fun with, when I was younger, or even now, and feel too... whatever I'm feeling at the time. Shy, ugly, old. Different things over the years. That outfit might be more noticeable, but that doesn't make it a bad thing; there's a man I see every so often in a bookstore, who stands out because he's wearing a gorgeous suit, amongst others who are usually wearing only jeans, tops, and boots.

Yeah, experiment and you might be surprised by what you discover you like.

Yes.

And nobody is ever too old for style!

In fact, the older one gets, the more it's important, don't you think? There is something so heartening about seeing old men meticulously gussied up, and old women with all their jewelry on and their hair done. It's regal.

Of course, we're not there yet...and as a Capricorn, I'm aging in reverse, they say...somehow I don't quite believe that hype, but I'm trying to.

Now that I'm thinking about it, I might have been wearing tinted lip gloss in the one picture?

I normally don't wear lipstick (I did when I was younger, gave it up for tinted lip gloss, and then gave that up, went back to dark lipstick, and then to tinted lip balm, haha)...
But, yes I think I might have been wearing tinted lip gloss (which is a bit darker than tinted lip balm).

But I have to go with darker colors, because my lips are kind of naturally tinted that way. So if I go lighter, it looks weird, lol.

@Violets

Just checked-- my makeup artist friend has Virgo Venus, Mercury & Mars.

ETA: Oh we were posting at the same time.

I'm jealous that your lips naturally fit with darker shades...it looks very cool.

I think mine are not that type. Oh well.

Elysia,

I cannot see your pictures. Maybe you could erase the "img" at the brackets?

Faith, you don't "talk so much", lol. You're fun (and I'm pretty sure it's the Leo Asc/Aqua Mercury, because I always feel like I talk too much).

Yep.

Elysia, make "https" to "http" and it should work. Keep the img brackets.

Edit: Don't mind me. I'm just lurking.

I think you're right, Mercury opposing ASC. But you don't talk too much! And you take really long breaks from this place, so I'm glad that you talk when you do!

Spongebob,
There is in fact always the third option.
Someone once said," If you do not have anyhing nice to say then don't say anything at all"
I know that is difficult because I have a frankness problem myself. It is however worthwhile to learn to be nice.

@ Readytochill

Yeah, me too! Lol.

The second picture looks more natural, I guess. Maybe less of a filter? I dunno...

Some people do look like that, I suppose. I have a friend whose skin is so insanely smooth, blemish-free, and relatively free of lines that I'm like "Man, wtf...I don't recall you looking this awesome when we were teenagers!"

I saw the quote about your daughter great choice of a name, great actress and beautiful woman, one of my favorites, Ingrid Bergman!
I still can't get over how gorgeous you are and also I've been thinking how Southern Italy is definitely in your looks totally inherited the Meridional look mwuahhh
