Not to say that the Cancer or Virgo vibes aren't there; it's just I don't really feel them. Maybe they're such a strong part of me that I don't notice it?
How tight is your Moon-Jupiter conjunction? Do you relate to Pisces or Sagittarius Moon?

I've never really seen a correlation between my poor moods and my physical health though. Never got a cough because I was down. Never got the sniffles because of apathy. My Jupiter is actually in the 5th house; however, I do think what you said still applies to me a bit. I understand the value in being productive. I also don't really like when outside stimuli take me out of my element when I'm trying to get something done.
Does Jupiter in the 5th House incline one to like long-distance travel, ruled by Jupiter?

quote: Originally posted by Aries23Degrees: Moon and Mercury are in mutual reception i.e Moon in Gem(ruled by Mercury) and Mercury in Cancer (ruled by the Moon)For them both to occur in the 2nd house, can make this house of self-worth and self-esteem flunctuate. I think there is a connection with how one feels about oneself with the money they make. Because money is essentially power(8th house). And the higher your self-esteem is(2nd), the more powerful you feel(8th) The irony of money is that you will attract it to you WHEN you don't need it. Kinda lke how attractive people get suitors even when they are not "looking". For you especially, self esteem is important as Taurus rules the 1st house. So you need to get a firm grasp of your own beauty and worth before being able to attract that which you want. The inconjunct connection with the 6th house of Libra follows suit. We reflect how we feel about ourselves through relationships (Lib)and vice versa. Mars(7th house Lord) conj Saturn. You may detract others with the way you act. Closed off body language and keeping a distance from others limits social interaction. At worst you may even attract opportunistic abusers who sense your low sense of self-worth and will "appear" to help you. Only to harm you. Take care of yourself first, the money will come to you when you do. But it'll not come when you are consistently affirming how "powerless" you are. The 2nd house of money is connected to the 8th house of power axis. Your 2nd house cusp is in Gemini and 8th house cusp in Sag. Empower your thoughts(Gem) about yourself (2nd) and watch what you say and think about yourself. When you progressively do this through affirmations or any other medium, your outlook will change. And when that does, you will feel more empowered by many ideas to act on or inspired to do something(Sag). On positive end,the rewards of lifting your self-esteem means that Mars-Sat conj affecting the 7th could also attract older professionals to you. But that also depends on the energy you transmit from the 1st. These people will be innovators and be instrumental in motivating you to achieve more for yourself. Change your mind about you first. Its imperative you do that. And deliberately eliminate or block out things that introduce self doubt. Even if that means regulating your company or what you read and/or exposed to. You have Cancer Mercury, be mindful of how incredibly debilitating this placement can be when you keep on conjuring up old patterns of thoughts or regrets. Try and introduce new concepts about yourself and refrain from exposing yourself to people/places that will cause you to "absorb" unwanted energy that you will later regurgitate in your mind. Cancer rules the stomach. Picture the bull(Tau Asc) grazing in the field and eating grass that is filled with little cracks of dumped bottles. The stomach will be cut and the swallowing uncomfortable. But the body will do what its biologically trained to do i.e regurgitate this harmful grass over and over until it is completely digested-regardless of the effects. Making the bull look skinny, emaciated and sickly. Who wants a bull(the symbol of strength and health) that looks like that? Cancer Merc is like this. It is only an instrument of service (Mercury). It can be indiscriminate if not properly trained. Absorbing and soaking up everything good OR bad.Even if it's to its detriment. Now picture the same bull grazing on luscious grass. It will consume the grass & regurgitate the same way as formerly explained. But what does this mean? The nutrients are flung back/forth to the appreciative mouth over and over again until finely digested. What a happy, healthy sturdy bull that is. And very attractive too. Think about it

Libra Moon in the 4th house. My Moon is widely conjunct Pluto, trine my Aquarius Sun and Exactly opposite my Aries Mars. I strongly resonate with all of those aspects. I had a good childhood with a very nurturing and attentive mom. My Dad was a workaholic and very successful. Our home was like something out of a catalogue. We weren't close with our relatives. My home is also very neat with lots of décor and nice things. I enjoy entertaining and hosting. I get extremely anxious if someone comes over/stops by and my house isn't clean and tidy. It is also my sanctuary. I enjoy being home and need to have a stable and comfortable place to keep my sanity. I don't have children and since I was little was indifferent to being a mom. I'm 33 and could be happy not having them but if I did I would embrace it. Family is important to me but I've always counted my friends as more of my family. I've never had an interest in my ancestors or roots. I'm way more future oriented. IP: Logged |

12th house Pisces moon conjunct Saturn, conjunct venus in pisces in the 12th house and conjunct my Pisces ascendant which is conjunct Saturn and sextile mercury and Neptune. I can come off as intimidating to many, especially because I'm 5'9 female, and usually it's completely by accident because I'm naturally Stoic. I have two long distance friends and I really don't feel the need to make more though I know how to be friendly in the very least when it comes to my coworkers. Music amd dancing has been my saving grace, along with my dog who I adore and nature. I love going outside and lying in a field.I also exercise frequently as I have found it helps release my pent up emotions and my overall image I have of myself. My sister is probably one of the only people I express my feelings to, as she has her Pluto conjunct her moon I feel like that helps us understand each other better. A lot of people say I'm nice, but I really just have a high tolerance for ******** when it comes to interactions. I honestly could care less when it comes to peoples opinions of me, though not so much my managers. My image of myself compared to what others see can be very confusing for me. I've had people comment that 'not everyone is as perfect as you are' and someone else decided to nickname me 'princess' why is beyond me. Comments like that don't really bother me as I feel like they're trying to get a reaction out of me, so I choose not to care. My sister says I yell at people too which I really had no idea I did either, I do try and control that or at least what I say to people. I can be honest as duck sometimes.

Moon in Aries/5th house, but the 5th house is close to the 6th house cusp, so it's kind of a grounding energy. I stay up late too a lot and I'm also restless but that's probably more because I'm a Gemini Sun and Mercury in Gemini. I can relate though since for whatever reason I find a lot of similarities with Gemini's and Leo's. What I mean by this is that they're both powerhouses with information and creativity. I like to be creative and "feel" creative in everything that I do. Self expression is very important to how I feel. Since it's the house of Leo we're talking about here. Like I said above, I feel like I have to be doing something fun, interactive, creative, etc... or I'm not going to be a happy camper. I also always seem to have a first tendency to focus on myself a lot in conversations and I'm also a Leo South Node, so it's a very hard energy to balance. Since my soul mission is to be a selfless individual. It's so easy for me to be outgoing and gregarious. I'm also mostly water too though. (see, I'm doing it now, making it all about me). It's so unconscious though, it's not like I mean to do it at all, it's just naturally how I am. Since my Moon is so close to the 6th house cusp, I find myself indoors a lot even though I "feel" like I should be outside doing something. Sometimes I can't help but to be outside doing something active though, like I have to be or else I won't be in a good mood. My Mars is in the 6th too, so maybe that grounds me a bit, but it definitely makes me a perfectionist, especially at work.IP: Logged |

So, you're a Pisces Moon that also sits in the 12th? Wow! That's interesting. IP: Logged |

Moon in Libra 4th here. I agree with Lalafortunaee (the need to move around lots) The advantage is being able to move on from the past, while the disadvantage is losing people along the way. But I do find that the real, sympathetic friends who gel with you stick and like they say, it’s about quality not quantity. Also, I spent a lot of time with my folks, even after leaving home, more than most. We are close knit. Then again, if I felt I had found the promised land where things resonated, like Kannon has found, (and this is an ongoing search for me - trying to find home ..well before « home » was purely in a partner or where my folks are (feeling cosy back with tradition and the standards of the older generation which are classy and refined But now it’s becoming about the location (hey, where do _I_ belong? Not just « what can I adapt to? » So then, when everything falls away, I am good. I am home.) A fortiori, I am very interested in Relocational Astro. I wouldn’t mind living with my closest family (that would combine all homes into one) IP: Logged | |
