To continuously zero in on one subgroup is indicative of bigotry.

To illustrate: replace "girls my age" with another group and see how it sounds. Imagine if you regularly made remarks like the following:

"Lots of Mexicans are immature, selfish , like playing games, and they definitely like jerks. Those are just facts...Its not hate or racism."

When it comes to personal insults, I think you are right.

When it comes to an unspoken policy issue that allows for seriously offensive sexist remarks, and defends the person making those remarks, and calls those remarks mere "opinions," then I think it's a mod/owner issue and ought to be "fixed" at that level, if possible.

Nobody else has said that I am vomiting on them.

I don't know what you would have me change, specifically. What I'm doing here is defending a minority group, young women, who are continually insulted in this forum.

As I said there, you're blaming women for being leery of men who have the physical ability to rape them, and then turning around blaming them for not being skeptical and not taking necessary precautions.

Why should a woman have to be mindful of her dress if men are so rarely a threat that she ought not to think or talk about it?

But you're saying, on the other hand, that one man in a group might be a threat, and she'll never be sure which one that is, so she should dress protectively against all men...since any one of them might be the rapist...but then erase the reason for her protective dress from her mind while socializing. To remember why she is wearing baggy pants instead of a miniskirt to the nightclub is man-hating.
