I personally don't believe in age, it is an illusion and serves no purpose after we reach the legal age of 18.

Like time, age is a tool. We can use it when we want it and most of the time we can forget about it. The problem is how to relate with people who think age and time are real and are willing to punish those of us who do not share their viewpoint.

Maklhouf a lot of people tell the truth but on the other hand a few are really honest. Two similar words but different.

When I tell people my age they do not beleive me so what the hek I tell them anyway. I have simple nothing to hide. (by the way I'm immortal thank you.) (and loving it)

He's talking about why his name is in caps.

A guy asked me for my age recently, and I told him an age 6 years less than I've turned around the sun, and he replied in shock... you look much younger, and I thought... Whatever

If you project it, it is true.

Yes he was very serious indeed... I project different ages during different circumstances. Sometimes it's more suitable to look younger and sometimes older. The way one speaks can make tremendous difference in the way people sees one's age.

Apologies mak if I sounded arrogant, not my intention. If we all collectively decided to scrap the word old out of the dictionary I wonder what would happen. Maybe not cos if you unscrambled the word you get lod (lode maybe, lodestone) oooh it gets even more mysterious could there be a secret there to be found??

I believe I'd miss the word "old' if it went. I am thinking Old wine, Old leather, Old paintings. Oldies (old people) can also be lovable.

I'm not found of the word old either... It could be replaced with matured wine, special era houses etc...

Randall you've just reminded me lots of times when I got really ****** off (angry) with someone I would hate them a lot and then I would say after it cancel cancel cos I cooled down the anger. Such a stupid thing to get angry in retrospect. I've still a lot of learning to do.

I think the strategies that people having been using in the short term won't work over a longer period. Super longevity will require bigger lies - multiple identities, pretending to be less wise and knowledgable to fit in with your "age group", pretending to die, pretending to need to go to school when you already have the knowledge, pretending you need to work, when you already have several pensions ... you can probably think of more lies that will have to be lived.

You don't have to do any of those.

You don't have to pretend to die--just move away. You don't have to act dumb or go to school or pretend to work.

Keep moving to all those places where nobody wants to know who you are, how old you are and what you do for a living?
