Harpyr -

Scorpionic Intensity.
Yum.

Your new news is too, too cool.
I wish you happiness upon delight upon ecstacy.
I wish you the exhilirating sensation of falling through air, destination unknown, and the love of every minute of it.
I wish you great Mexican Jumping Beans of Joy.
Ramble away, babe - I know how ya feel
Question: how many of your aforementioned friends have heavy mutable placements?
I'm wondering if this trend may in part be traced to the cessation of Papa Saturn's Our-Head-Based Billiard Ball Game.

<squints artistically at counting fingers>

<wearing a beret for N_wEvil's benefit>

...that's proxieme, an' trillian, an' 1scorp, and Harpyr... any more of you love chicks fly into his thread, and I'll have to start the other hand!

Today was a fantabulous day because the weather was sunny, hot, and full of grace, I am seeing more clearly in a foggy situation where I need true clarity, and I enjoyed myself back in my old university library, making copies of Star Notes -- it was nice to be back in the stacks, and I think I'll renew my alumna card and borrow materials from there again! Plus there's Randall's and Ruby's massive surprise with the Star Notes website -- now peeps won't have to wait!

All good!

Oh yeah, and thank you proxieme for das Kompliment!

Today is a fantabulous day because...

I finally finished my Numerology Program!! I mean, the way its s'posed to be y'know? I didn't like the last "version" as it opened new IE pages, but now, the on-line version acts the same as the zipped one, so all can use it without thinking I'm gonna virus them I am so happy

GAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

DISCLAIMER - this just about rounds up how horribly rediculous things can get, so if you arent predisposed to reading this kind of stuff, dont - DISCLAIMER

So anyway, after packing up my computer from uni after getting no sleep on a lumpy bed and another problem, managing to somehow choke down a breakfast of black olives because i forgot to bring any pans with me.

Next thing i know two people are kicking the crap out of each other outside, smash a bottle and run off, then come back and start shouting again (in the middle of the street).

I decide to do my bit and run down to the police station (just around the corner) and give a statement, run back to check my house hasnt been trashed, then return to finish off the statement and manage to lock myself out of my own house.

Then i wind up having to kick the door in, and go BACK to the police to tell them i'd had to break in.

So now i have to go back to the *(&(* dump and replace the window.

What. a. perfect. day.

You have to laugh, lest you cry, when you get to be your own hero _and_ villain on the same day.

Here's some light for your toes, N_wEvil, for they surely must need some.

The world isn't always a friendly, bountiful place. As J.D. Smith put it:

"The world is nothing but a vast, concerted attempt to catch you with your pants down."

French poet Paul Valery wrote:
"The world is constantly threatened by two things: order and disorder."

In the film "Annie Hall" Woody Allen asks why do we bother with such problematic, complicated, tortuous things as relationships? Why make the effort to learn something about, care for, give to, take from, cherish, fight, love other human beings? He answers his own question with this joke:

"My brother has gone crazy. He thinks he's a chicken.
Then why don't you commit him?
Because I need the eggs, says Woody.
Relationships are something like that."

good point

It was just one of those very tired days - i thought after getting back from a holiday people were meant to feel energised and vital, not even more run-down than when they left!

Anyway, apologies for whining and many thanks for replying, you guys always make me feel better

>slapslapslap<

Don't apologize for "whining"; you're our friend.

Yesterday (and a lil' bit of today...midnight changeover) was FANTABULOUS because I felt _horrible_.
I had a killer headache and was nauseous.
And, so
Jason (the Aqua) came over, made me some tea, and cuddled with me while watching a movie.
He lightly kissed my closed eyes and placed his forehead against mine while massaging my temples.
(Yay, Taurus Moon, Scorp Rising, & Pisces Mars joined with general Aquarian grooviness.)
The Force is strong with him

.........
PS - No prob, LG
Bausch - Too, too groovy I can't wait to get a chance to look at it at work tonight.
Moondust - Really? Kewl Thankya for the well-wishes.

You two are a riot. N_wEv, it's so nice to have you back!

Hey prox, the view from up here on #9 sure is nice ain't it? Especially if situated over Alaska this time of year. The colors of sunset paint the clouds in the sky for HOURS on end.
