Does your input change the fact that astrology cannot be measured?

Are you saying my input is unwelcomed? The internet is such a bother, isn't it? I can't detect if you're offended by what I said... not my intent, sorry if you are.

It was just a comment, you know... It also implies that what Rosalind is saying isn't theoretically accurate, as she did say that the calculation that goes into a chart is always exact... I just grabbed the last comment I saw and made it into a reply.

So, stupid question: when Saturn returns, the other planets are not at the same degrees they were in the natal chart, is that it?

Do the planets then indicate what you should expect to change or is it the houses they are located in at the SR that will tell what you should expect?

Rosalind can you please talk more about changing cycles? What do you think that pass by drastic changes with saturn return?

Not at all! What gave you that idea?

Actually, I liked exactness and consensus part very much, reminded me of my philosophy teacher, it's pretty much the first thing you learn. only, I missed the edit.

So,your input is welcome.

You should check both the planets and the houses. Saturn doesn't come at the same age for everyone. The degrees are important. Mine for example will happen at the age of 29. For some people 28.5 or even 30. Mostly 29 of course. The house where Saturn is placed natally should be the highest focus. Mine is the first. Changes in myself because that is my lesson. But no matter where Saturn is placed natally, in which house it will affect the whole chart. I know a lot of people who told me they felt like they were released from an internal PRISON. They felt free to do anything they liked.

Yeah, sorry about that... I realized the comment was a bit too uppity in an already heated conversation.

I don't remember much about the whole math theory, because I only glanced at it when 8 years ago, while I was preparing for college applications in my country, but I do remember my teacher saying that, even though it's been proved that math, physics and etc are not exact exact science, the theorists have come to an agreement that a consensus must be made, so the numbers and formulas can be used in daily life.

Life cycles of course. Saturn is acting according to the individual karmic lesson. Some people are born and have the first half of life easy and succesful while others don't. Saturn is challeging and his lessons are not always the same. his aim is maturity of course but he wont treat everybody the same. And here isnt about luck because luck is always changing. Without Saturn there would be no progress. We would be stalled. Saturn is affecting the most people with bad aspects between him and Sun/Moon/Venus. These are emotional/love karmic lessons. The strongest of them all. One can be succesful and have a lot of money but lacking love and friendship and the other way round. Saturn is trying to balance them after 29 to make you feel COMPLETE.

What can I expect from a 12th house Saturn, then?

I'll be honest here and tell you I have NO IDEA whatsoever how Saturn manifests in my chart, even though it's my Ascendant ruler and pretty strong by being conjunct to it.
