I love it

Remember when mama said "be careful what you wish for"? Well, you got it tenfold.

I miss puppies in the house so do share stories of the pups!!

Almost a month old now, how`s the pups doing?

Fall is here in all her glory dressed red, yellow and orange.

We had a freak tornado go thru here with one dead.We never have tornados and it was quite frightening. We also broke temp records as we hit 90 in October.

Strange days we live in.

The pups are great. I can't believe that they are six weeks old already. We have sold three of them so far, only seven to go. They grow so fast. I agree about te weather. We just had a few days in the eighties and it is November. Ah well, as the Wheel turns, we must be quick or get ran over. Hopefully the world will wake up and work together before it is too late.
I will try to keep up a little better from now on. I have been too busy to even remember my name sometimse. For now,

A Blessed Thanksgiving to all.

May we count our blessings and give thanks for the Friends who share this journey of life with us. The Path will always be full and rich with them beside us.

To all of you, my friends; I wish y'all a happy and wonderful New Year. Juni, to you especially, I pray that you have a better year than the last one. The pups are all gone now, except the one that my son kept. They were wonderful while they were here, but we are glad that they all have good homes. Good night everyone. Let's try to keep in touch more this year. As always.....

Happy New Year Friends !

A timeless St Francis of Assisi prayer of Blessings and Gratitude to begin 2008

Saint Francis’ Canticle of All Creatures

Most High, all-powerful, all-good Lord,
All praise is Yours, all glory, all honour and all blessings.
To you alone, Most High, do they belong,
and no mortal lips are worthy to pronounce Your Name.

Praised be You my Lord with all Your creatures,
especially Sir Brother Sun,
Who is the day through whom You give us light.
And he is beautiful and radiant with great splendour,
Of You Most High, he bears the likeness.

Praised be You, my Lord, through Sister Moon and the stars,
In the heavens you have made them bright, precious and fair.

Praised be You, my Lord, through Brothers Wind and Air,
And fair and stormy, all weather’s moods,
by which You cherish all that You have made.

Praised be You my Lord through Sister Water,
So useful, humble, precious and pure.

Praised be You my Lord through Brother Fire,
through whom You light the night
and he is beautiful and playful and robust and strong.

Praised be You my Lord through our Sister,
Mother Earth who sustains and governs us,
producing varied fruits with coloured flowers and herbs.
Praise be You my Lord through those who grant pardon
for love of You and bear sickness and trial.
Blessed are those who endure in peace,
By You Most High, they will be crowned.

Praised be You, my Lord through Sister Death,
from whom no-one living can escape.
Woe to those who die in mortal sin!
Blessed are they She finds doing Your Will.
No second death can do them harm.

Praise and bless my Lord and give Him thanks,
And serve Him with great humility.

Heavenly Father,
You gave Your servant Francis
great love for each of Your creatures.
Teach us to see Your design in all of creation.
We ask this in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Saint Francis of Assisi

Love,

Hello to all. I am so sad because I just realized how long it has been since any of us has posted here. So much has happened, The pups are all in new homes, summer is almost here and I have taken a new job. Also, has anyone noticed the really strange Spring weather all over? I am convinced that the Time is coming. I guess I'll stop here for now and see who is out there.

Well hello weeseldad

So good to see you again. Yes, change is afoot and we see it unfold each day, across the globe.
The Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi,Canticle of All Creatures (above) seems so appropriate for these trying times.

Will look in for you!

Love, juni

Juni, so good to see you. Yes, the prayer is so right for the days we're in now. I would say that I hope everyone is looking to themselves and their families these days. We haven't panicked, but we do take extra care in what we do and where we go. It seems the right way to be. I wish the best for you and yours and look forward to seeing you here and hope that some of our other friends come back from time to time. Love and Peace,

Hi, guys. Juni, I read the post "God lives under the bed." I wrote a reply there, but I wanted to say that the article made me cry for the joy of his wonderful outlook. My Path has led me to a new job, I now work as an electrician in a major area hospital. As I go around each day, I see people and families that make me realize how wonderfully lucky we are, who can sit here and type to each other and get up and do what we do. I believe that God has put me here for a reason. I can't wait to find out what it is. I hope that you fellow knowflakes can find some time to catch the rest of us up on how y'all are doing this spring. Later days...

I have been checking back here, but it seems that we have all been busy or moved on. I'll check from time to time.

Is anyone alive out there? We once had a good thing going here, what happened? I have heard rumors of some scraps and scrapes, but that shouldn't stop those of us who care from participating. Has anyone looked at what is happening this summer, in reference to M.S.R.'s writing? Let me know.

Well Good Morning Weeseldad!!!

I was looking in this fine Sunday morn and a lovely surprise to see you. I trust all is well for you and your family.

We are gathering our winter nuts and settling in for what seems to be forwarned as a long, cold and expensive winter.

Time for me to review the Phoenix as the election and global events unfold.

God Bless us everyone!

love, juni

Juni, it is so good to see you again. I was afraid that the recent troubles on the site and in the country had scared everyone. We are doing well as can be. I did reread the Phoenix this summer and see that we are still heading as NoEyes predicted. The war is unpopular, we still chase or sell our businesses overseas and everything else is a mess. I do what I can, here and there and quietly pray each day.
When you have the time and have looked at Phoenix again, do write and tell me what you think. As for us, each day goes by and we go on.

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this today. I have posted here for a very long time and made some very dear friends. I guess that the passing of Rainbow and the fights going on among some of the contributers has taken the heart of those of us who were here. I bet that Linda would not be proud of those petty people, who weren't living in the spirit of her legacy. I will not be visiting thise again. For those who shared with me before, my e-mail is still: weeseldad@cox.net. I will reply to those who write. Juni and the rest of y'all, you have my best wishes and love. The best to you. As always...
